I went there only twice in my life. The first time they gave me an attitude saying we have no power. The second time I came there with me and my kids and they yelled at us saying no one under 21 can be at the bar when we were just trying to eat out as a family never got a chance to even say a word Terrible service, ignorant employees Bathroom was disgusting never come here

I ordered wings and chicken fries to go. Wings were way dry and I didn’t get fries with my chicken. The honey mustard chicken fries are fantastic though.

I've been to 2 benefits at Hatrix and it is the perfect location. The food is wonderful, the staff are amazing and the facilities also have other areas for entertainment. They also have a smoking area which is heated in the winter.

it was all you can eat crab leg night, I am not a fish eater, but who had it was happy with meal. I had beef on weck,fries, beef was a little fatty for me. fries were just warm . waitress was rushed,understandably. would like to go back again, just not on that night.
