This is by far the worst location anywhere around Buffalo.

If you order online your order will definitely be made wrong. If you order in person it'll still probably be made wrong and they give you a hard time about fixing it. The staff is not friendly at all. I've given this location multiple chances because it's location is so convenient but every visit is the same.

Spend your money somewhere else.

Would prefer to talk to each other than greet customer. Refuse to toast roll. Worst service ive encountered in a long time.

I bought a sub here and they were very Rude not only that they rush you get irritated when your out of line looking at the menu could get better at wegmans I used to work here as well so I’m not even surprised one of the staff ladies even yelled at another staff and made the girl cry honestly, the worst service you could probably get, not to mention the managers are awful. The staff is awful They barely even train their employees and they’re always messing up orders honestly, I would take your business elsewhere if you’re thinking about going to Jersey Mike’s

Went to the blasdell location and they said they don't toast their rolls it's a sub what do you mean you don't toast your roll it should be call Jersey Mike's sandwiches walked out went to firehouse much better

I went here for the first time last week. Tim took my order and cashed me out and he was just so sweet. My sub was made wrong so he gave me a coupon for a free sub because I didn’t have time to stay to have it re made. I came back today and he could just see I was sad and having a bad day and he went out of his way to make me feel happy and showed kindness. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic! I’m not sure what Tim is paid but whatever it is, it’s not enough. He needs more!!! Thank you Tim🖤🖤🖤

The subs are amazing! My wife and I are Canadian and tried Jersey mikes for the first time today. Not only was the sub amazing, but the service was next level. Super friendly and kind, we will be back!

Thought my sub was great. I'm Canadian so I never had Jersey Mike's before. I'll be getting one to take back across the border too ? service was excellent, they offer a gluten free sandwich that she said "for once the bread is actually good"

Was so very disappointed with this location. I traveled the East Coast for work. I have only ever had a few bad subs, and the franchise owners reached out and corrected it. Got the stake and cheese sub large and it was 90% bread with very little meat. Don't get me wrong the bread is good but to pay the price paid just for 90 percent bread it is not that good. I truly hope this franchise owner corrects this so other customers don't have the same experience. But to be honest, I do doubt they will. I have yet to find a food franchise chain owner correcting poor quality in NY yet. Just being honest.

I am normally very satisfied with service and food quality. Today I purchased 3 subs @ $48.00 (takeout), all with oil and vinegar. By the time I reached my lunch destination and opened the subs approximately (10 minutes away from the restaurant) the bottom of the sub rolls were so saturated and soggy from the amount of oil and vinegar on the subs, they weren't eatable. We removed the rolls, plated the guts of the subs and at that way ... not a favorable visit especially for the price.
