Terrible experience. This establishment is clearly not managed well. Their phones were down, online orders canceled and staff clearly overwhelmed. Order 2 poutine fries and 2 side salads for a total of almost $50 but the quality didn’t not match the price. We ordered take out told the wait would be 45 minuets but they never called us so around an hour we went back to pick up our order and it was cold and sitting on a bench. The food was plain. The fries had cold gravy and exactly 4 pieces of flat unusual coin shaped cheese on it. The salads had almost no toppings and the dressing was of poor quality and taste. Management needs to have quality ingredients, toppings that match assumed description and hire enough staff to efficiently run a restaurant. Side note- the worst poutine I’ve ever had in my life and by far the worst in Buffalo.

Great mojito made by Paige. The staff are always friendly and inviting. I ordered a chopped salad and added fried chicken. Also got a side of Mac and cheese and added hot sauce. The portions were huge and everything was delicious. I'm hoping this is not the last of juicy burger and that we will see them again in the future.

Great burgers!! Cooked exactly as we order them. They are melt in your mouth delicious! Usually we order to go. Have eaten in-house a few times, but the service was slow, they are pretty busy. We just find that pick up is more convenient for us. The only downfall is that once the girl at the pick up counter had to run to the back with my credit card for some reason and right after that, there was fraudulent activity in my card. It was pretty fishy and that may be just one person, who may not even work there anymore. Just don't let them take your card away is all I can say. Overall, a fantastic place with fantastic food! Update 12.06.2023: All a moot point now.....just heard they are closing their doors for good.
Food was okay but it took us 45-60 minutes from being seated to getting food, a pretty long time for an okay burger. The place was also very chaotic and loud, family friendly but maybe not a good night out for adults. Overall not worth it.

LOUD!! For 5pm on a Saturday afternoon in November. I'm not sure if the heat was working, and I'm never cold... The quality and preparation of the food just isn't the same. Although the prices keep going up,which these days isn't a shocker! For the cost, I probably won't be back. Bummer?

We look forward to returning. Cons - they don't have their own parking lot so you have to park in a nearby public lot and then walk a short distance to get there. Pros - they take reservations so if you want to avoid waiting or being putting at a teenie tiny table, make a reservation. Casual, neighborhood restaurant. Pros - absolutely delicious burger creations, prepared to order, served piping hot. We split a burger and they actually cut it in half and delivered it to our table on 2 plates. Great customer service. Delicious fries and spicy pickles on the side. Stuffed hot peppers were prepared perfectly with pepper being cooked well and charred. Cheese stuffing was incredibly flavorful. We're already planning our next visit. The restaurant was pretty loud, not great acoustics/sound absorption so conversation was difficult.

Wonderful burger spot on a great corner in the village of Hamburg right on Main Street. Went on a Saturday night around 6 pm and it was fairly busy, would definitely suggest going on their site and booking a reservation ahead of time if it's peak hours. There would have been a wait for a table of 2z. Thankfully we got lucky and found a spot at the bar immediately. Bartender was very busy with orders but did a great job making sure she took our drink and food orders without too long of a wait. I got the Hogzilla burger which came with a bbq sauce, 2 onion rings, 2 pieces of bacon. Burger was cooked medium and they did a great job with there still being some pink. Delicious burger and good portion size! Fries were about burger restaurant average. Burger came to $18 which is about the normal price now for a good burger. Overall, great environment, great food. Will be going back to try another burger and maybe get a shake next time too!
