I ordered the chicken classic with the fries and drink. Order came and when I took the first bite. Chicken was not crispy. Was oily and soggy. And to add to that the fries were cold. Absolutely horrible. That’s just gives me a reason not to eat kfc

Could barely hear the person taking my order. Our famous bowls had only 4 small pieces of chicken 1 scoop of potatoes ,barely no corn and very little gravy. For 6.99 awful.

I haven’t been to Kentucky fried chicken in about a year. I decided to go. I went to the drive thru and ordered a 5 piece chicken meal all dark meat. It came to 15.21. I gave the young lady $20.21. All she had to give me back is $5. She gave me back $4.79. She only put in that I gave her $20.00. Whatever. I didn’t say anything cause it was only 21 cents. When she gave me my 5 pieces of chicken and the sides. I asked her where the drinks were. She told me that it doesn’t come with drinks. Again I didn’t want to complain so I didn’t pursue it. When I got home I had a variety of white and some dark meat. So much for asking for all dark meat. The meal itself was good.

Attempted food poisoning, worker incompetence, or both? Either way, the health department needs to move up their next inspection of this location. When reached through the phone regarding the inedible condition of our chicken, the manager's response was to offer a % off coupon for next time. When we expressed concern this food may make us sick, her response was "WHATEVER!"

I have visited several times and the chicken was either overcooked or just plain awful. Ordered the nuggets and they gave me the wrong ones!! I refuse to go there again. Customer Service at Corporate Office just give you lip service. They've gone downhill fast!! 😱😱🥴👎. If you take it home, check your order BEFORE you leave!!

Literally just went through the drive-thru. The girl working at the window was absolutely miserable. No hello. No goodbye. Wouldn't even look at me in the face. Said not one word to me. Absolutely ridiculous that they would hire someone like that. If you hate your job so much then go find somewhere else to work that you don't have to interact with people

Im not a Karen but this place is HORRIBLE. I Sat at speaker in drive thru for over 5 minutes and was not greeted at all, no acknowledgement whatsoever that i was sitting there .. got tired of sitting there so I pulled up to the window, then sat at the window for another 3 minutes all the while trying to call the restaurant to tell them im sitting here trying to place an order.. i could see workers inside but no acknowledgment.. after no one answered the phone I began beeping my horn .. finally someone came to the window, i asked the lady if theyre open and told her I sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes , she said it never rang.. which is odd cause the two people behind me had no issues getting served right away. I place my order and im told i need to pull to the front to wait for my order.. okay whatever ive already been waiting 8 plus minutes to be served but ok... i get home to find all 3 sodas all completely FLAT ..not drinkable what so ever. And also I never received the double side I paid for on all 3 meals. This was my first and last time I will go to this restaurant. In the process of contacting corporate to get a refund on sodas and missing items. ***UPDATE*** corporate sent me $10 KFC meal voucher to be used at KFC ? no refund for not receiving food I paid for. Hoping they make some drastic changes and how they do service.

I came around 6:30 . I wanted to pick up my order , it was wrong then I ask to fix it . I asked for a sauce , they didn’t want give me because the employee said “ we don’t sell sauce “ and she refused to give me .

First time visit to this location. I Went through the drive thru and just grabbed one thing for $5, with tax I was told my total was $5.44. She did not give a receipt even though I asked for one, and I was actually charged $6 even. Walked in to ask why, and she got all squirrelly ran in the back, can back out, and handed me change, not even enough to cover the difference.

The young girl handling the customers yelling at her looked mentally and physically broken.
The management at this location need to take a serious look at their failure of a life and possibly rethink it all together.

During my recent trip to this KFC location I placed my order and paid for my food and upon completion of payment the staff informed me that they had no white meat chicken (a part of my order) offering to fulfill the order with all dark meat chicken. When I declined that offer and asked for a refund staff stated that they do not do refunds. When asked to speak with a manager about getting a refund staff continued to deny ability to refund and would not contact a manager to provide a refund. Staff never provided me with my order and when staff asked me to come inside to further discuss the issue staff locked the door and refused service stating to call the corporate number. I would not recommend getting chicken from this location.
