The place was great. Too bad Howie didn't get the roof reinforced before the collapse last snow storm. I hope to get more of their handywork but they will have a mobile office for a while.

We ordered a 5 pound beef brisket, and 3 pounds of pulled pork for pick up on Christmas Eve Morning. The day before one of the owners called to thank me for choosing their business, and to confirm my ordered placed a few days prior. Saying the food was fantastic is an understatement. An absolute gem of a restaurant. This hole in the wall restaurant has some of the best barbecue I've had in Buffalo. NYC was the only place I've ever had anything that compares. If you're a fan of BBQ then you really should give them a try.
Let me start by saying to pre-order yourself some burnt ends, you won't be sorry! For meats we had the brisket, pulled pork, ribs, burnt ends. I'd recommend it all. The baked beans were a pleasant surprise, they're not like you'd normally expect. Definitely worth trying. Corn bread muffins were great and had a nice sweet flavor. Customer service was excellent. We'll be getting take out from Master's again.

The pig pail is very filling. Meat, rice and beans in one package. Kinda like a pulled pork pot pie. Mike is very friendly and we had a great experience.
