If you ever think of going to this “24 Hour McDonald’s” between 3-5am, forget it. They will take mobile orders, then you drive 20 minutes to pick up and they say “sorry we are closed between 3-430am every night.” FINE THEN DON’T CALL YOURSELF 24 HOURS AND TURN OFF THE APPS!!!! Do not order Uber Eats from this place anytime after 2am, you will not get your food!!!! Stop wasting your own customers time and costing yourselves money McDonalds. This is business 101 for gods sakes

Terrible food was gross. Not enough employees working. Disappointed spending hard earned money and receiving sloppy rushed food presentations received in they end. I will never eat here again.

Drive-through is open 24 hours. Went today at 4:40 AM refused service because they were setting up for breakfast. Last week the bagels were frozen The week before that they forgot my hash brown Always a problem at this place
Went back again and was told they are closed again due to lack of staffing. The guy that told me they are closed was nice. The lady that butted in told me (if I wanted to come in and clock in) with a side of attitude. I would love to because I probably be able to do her job better than she has been performing!

Ordered a buffalo mc crispy sandwich, didnt receive sandwich first time threw drive thru, came back around for it after leaving and got a mcchicken with bacon and buffalo sauce very dissapointed

11/14/25 did a mobile order and showed up to the restaurant at about 11 pm. There was definitely a little wait for the drive thru however once we got to the speaker the employee was so fast and efficient! Told us to pull up right away and when we got to the window he had our food right away. The employee was a young man and was very kind and personable. It seemed like he was the only one working!!! There was a big line for the drive thru and there were 20+ people inside eating/ordering, so no wonder there was a bit of a wait. He was a champ for dealing with all of that on his own. Give him a raise!

Went through the drive thru tonight and pulled up to one of the speakers and they told me to hold on so they could take the order at the other speaker. While I was waiting another car pulled up to the other speaker so they took their order and I was still waiting. I yelled hello to the speaker 3 times before I pulled up to the window. They came to the window and went to read me off a total which at that point I told her I never got to order because they so rudely ignored the fact that I was there. She took my order, made me pull up and when I got home my medium fry was filled enough to be a small and my fiancés 6 piece nugget only had 3 nuggets in it. I would give them 0 stars if I could but I can’t so they got 1.

Have had multiple problems at this location. They shut down for switchovers but do not shut the app down. They’ll take your order, let you sit at the window until they notice you, then say they’re shut down for however long. You leave and the refund is even delayed back to you. Also had a time when they gave me the wrong order 3 times in a row. The third time I just left because it was not worth the 30+ mins.

I come to order at this McDonald’s roughly every night around 3-3:30a.m. Which is when I get off of work. I was told by a worker “the system is down and will be back up at 4:15 we are preparing for breakfast” Coincidentally almost every night at that time there system is down. And how does she know the system will be back up at 4:15?? Sounds like that’s when she’s gonna turn it back on. Complete joke.

I need to stop going to this location it's always something stupid like I just got into an argument with the gentleman at the window about putting ice in my orange juice seriously you don't put ice in OJ like what the junk bucket and because they put ice in it it overflowed and then expected me to pull that into my car and get everything sticky inside are you out of your mind

Been sitting in the drive through for like 10 minutes already and then they just decided to fully stop taking orders and just not talking to the drive through for 8 more minutes. Then when I got up there they sent me to a parking spot to wait for an indefinite amount of time. Also their fries are always wrong and bland.
