This store refused to serve me at 9:40pm. A woman who identified herself as a manager, maybe Kaitlyn, but was a redhead, refused to take my order, claiming that I couldn't order inside the store, which closes at 11pm, and that I couldn't walk to the drive-thru window because my truck is taller than the 9ft drive-thru. Very disrespectful, because besides the fact that I wasn't asking for anything other than the obvious, I'm physically disabled and she didn't show any commitment to the place where she works or a shred of compassion for me. Well... I'm going to the nearest BK, they don't turn away customers there. I await your response if you are a serious chain.

When I had got my food . It was cold and hard . Seems like everything was redipped in the oil or something but it was hard and then at that I wouldn't even expect my mcchicken to be awful aside from the fries and nuggets but it was as well . Everything just cold.

I used to be okay with this McDonald’s. But I just got an iced coffee from here and I dumped the rest out into my sink and I FOUND TWO COINS IN MY COFFEE! What the heck is wrong with you people! A penny and a dime! In my coffee! Do yall know how dirty that is that I drank that! Now I’m sick and I guess I just found out why! Never coming back here again! Not that anyone cares who works here. 🙄

I came through the drive thru on Sunday October third at 10pm-ish. Shout out to Donna! She was the sweetest woman who took my order. My fries were fresh out of the fryer fresh, she didn't forget my sauce and double checked that all my food was in my bag. I can't remember the last time I had hot fries from this location. If she's not management she should be! Thank you, Donna!

As someone who works in food service, I try to be patient when it comes to other people working in the same industry as me. However, my DoorDash orders through this location have been absolutely abysmal. I order a frappé with espresso, never once do they put in espresso. Recently I ordered a quarter deluxe meal and a Big Mac. The deluxe quarter had reg meat on it as opposed to the quarter patty, and neither had any lettuce. Most recently, tonight, I placed an order for a Chicken Big Mac meal with a frappe and both an apple and pumpkin pie. I didn’t receive a frappe, I got a coke. I didn’t get the pies. As someone who works in food service, this is just unacceptable and you need to get a handle on your crew.
