Lobby is supposed to open at 6am. I was there at 6:25am. Doors were locked and 2 customers sitting down eating.I Got the employees attention and he just shook his head as if they are closed. I drive a service truck that will not fit through drive through. Also recently I’ve been inside the lobby and it always smells like sewer right inside the entry doors and they don’t clean the soda bar very good as there is usually knats flying around.

Arrived there at midnight. I waited in line for 40 minutes which I was very patient about because of the time and the amount of people in the drive thru. When I received my food my fries were ice cold and I didn’t get one sauce for my 20 piece nugget. I would not recommend coming to this McDonalds if you want food late at night. Update: Gave the McDonalds another chance for a late night run. I placed a Mobile order. When we got to the window 30 minutes after ordering the girl working at the window was wearing pajama pants and slippers! She didn’t greet us what so ever, honestly I don’t think she said one word to us. Since the last time I didn’t get sauce for my nuggets I made sure to check the bag before leaving the drive thru, and she forgot my sauces once again. When the employee noticed me checking the bag she threw her head back and said “oh my god”. Once she came back to the window we kindly let her know I didn’t get my sauces with my nuggets. She proceeds to storm off and brings back one sauce, and threw it into my hand then shut the window and walked away. One sauce for my 10 piece nugget when I paid for two. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had the absolute best food tonight from McDonalds. Night staff was friendly. Nuggets were hot and crisp. Fries hot and well salted. Mcchicken slathered in the perfect amount of mayo and lettuce. Well done????

Ordered in the app to pick up inside at counter, got there and the doors were locked and the drive-through was stacked at least 10-deep. Of course, my card was already charged and the app says to contact the local store - and when I did (shocker) nobody answered.

After waiting in pickup spot for 20 minutes ran in to grab food. When returning to hotel, was missing 2 sandwiches from order. Didnt have time to go back and wait another half hour, so paid for food and didn't get it. Why does this always happen at McDonald's man.
What a joke... I hardly ever post reviews but I had to this time. I just went to McDonald's camp Rd location and ordered two Mc doubles with no pickle and a Large Dr.Pepper. got home opened them up and of course there is pickles on them. Not only were there pickles but each Mcdouble only has one patty a piece of cheese and pickles. My large Dr pepper has no flavor and tastes like brown club soda. The real kicker and the reason I wrote this review is not only did they get the order wrong and rob me of my other two patties, when I paid for my order which came to $5.74 with a $20 the girl gave me exactly $14.00 for my change and told me I'm all set and closed the window. Maybe she doesn't understand simple math but the correct change would've been $14.26, so on top of getting my order wrong, giving on patty on each Mcdouble but she literally ripped me off for 26 cents. This store is a joke and I will never be back, however the true point is that if you want what you paid for and the correct change don't go to this location. I would advise anyone else who expects the bare minimum of quality and service to also avoid this store as apparently that's to much to ask.P.S. I tried to add photos but I can't it won't give me the option to for some reason so I posted them in Google for the Camp Rd location do your self a favor and choose any other fast food restaurant in the Hamburg area, your welcome

Says they are 24 hours but it seems to depend on the day.I work weird hours and anytime I come here between 3 and 4:30am, I have a 50/50 chance of them saying they are closed despite the hours listed as 24 hours.Mobile orders don't matter. They just say it'll get refunded in 4 hours. Then other days I can actually get food at those times. Should update the hours with the days it's actually 24 hours

Don’t advertise 24/7 service if you’re going to close for 2 hours to “prepare for breakfast” not a 24 hour restaurant and if you do get lucky enough to get there before they randomly decide to stop serving the foods all old and warm/cold at best. It honestly blows my mind that from 3am-5am they don’t serve when let face it that’s when people are really stopping in to grab a bite after a night of drinking. Poor operation planning
