Attended a banquet at Michael's yesterday. The staff was hard working and made every effort to please about 200 people. The lunch buffet was great! Food was nicely seasoned, fresh, and properly prepared. I'd encourage others to book their event here. The only exception was the quality of the donuts in the morning. I think they may have been a frozen product, can't say for sure.
Had a wonderful mom's day brunch. Everything was delicious! The only thing that was upsetting was the way the woman at the register was rude & overwhelmed. Shouting at workers!! There was another group coming & she was rushing us along, forgetting that we had a long wait to be seated & rushed to get out! That is the only reason I couldn't give a 5 star.
We had our Christmas wedding reception here on 12/22/23. The staff was absolutely amazing! They set up a Christmas tree for us and a Christmas village. They over exceeded my expectations. They set up all our decor and I was in tears when I walked into the reception for the first time on our wedding day because it was absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing. All of our guests commented on how the food was delicious and if one of our guests had a dietary restriction, Michaels...
