I just stopped at this location. All I ordered was 2 beef and cheese burritos with extra cheese. I watched them make 2 orders in front of mine, and mine. No cheese on any of them. I opened them up and they told me they had extra cheese on them. The person who I'm guessing is the manager would rather refund my money than put cheese on the food. The only decent MT's left in my experience are Budwey's and Orchard Park. I hope the owners hear me, because I've been a customer since the 80's. After the rebuttal I got, I say no, I didn't get what I asked for or paid for. If it's too much trouble to put in one of the two ingredients, I hope everyone boycotts your business.

How much do I love Mighty Taco? Well, not as much as I used to, their famous taco meat just doesn't seem as tasty as it used to be, but it's still pretty good. Now with beer! You know what goes well with beer? Pretty much everything on the menu. I still visit every time I'm in WNY, so I'm not giving up on putting this rating back up to 5 stars.

I order at the counter and my lunch is always ready (and accurate) in two minutes. All the workers are very friendly too. Zackary today went above and beyond in customer service for me and the girl who was ahead of me in line.

I will say the El Nino I got was pretty good, 8.00 is way steep though, and I got a large buffalo, the hot sauce in it is fantastic, but that was about it. Ton of lettuce and a few pieces of dried up chicken. 15.00, just ridiculous.
Hamburg Location, whom ever made my order one doesn't know how to roll a burrito, skimped out on the filling for a nacho buffito. Doesn't know how to wrap a quesadilla, 4 of them to be exact, and also where are the banana peppers I asked for did they just run away. And where's the medium sauce that I asked for, please find a new job....at this point worst location in the buffalo area hands down.

We stopped here on the way home from the Bills game, and the drive-thru line was 15 cars deep, so we opted to go inside to place our order. Well, it took 36 minutes for a fast food restaurant. They only had 3 people working at first, and when we got there, an employee was walking out the door. Then another employee left while we were there waiting for our food. When we finally left, there was still at least a handful of people still waiting in the restaurant, not to mention the cars that were still in the drive thru. Poor planning on management. It is very frustrating watching 2 employees leave with that many customers waiting to be served.
So sad they there are only 2 employees working after a Bills game! Shame on the owners/ managers! I ordered at 9:46pm, it is 10:25 pm and I still haven’t received my food! These employees need some serious recognition! They kept a great attitude!

The drive thru at almost any hour is slow ?. The replacement for Sprite tastes like a plain seltzer (a waste of $), and my no sauced taco has spicy sauce on it ?
