We’ve gotten takeout twice over the past year and both times it’s been disappointing. The 1st time we got a very undercooked pizza. The 2nd time the food took longer than they’d estimated over the phone, and they forgot lettuce on the sub, despite it being asked for. They also use a sort of “steak-umm” style meat on the steak sub, which isn’t stated on the menu online. Overall just not happy with this place.

dont know how the food was because we didn’t eat here because there was no bathroom. the parking was confusing and very dangerous.

Had a slice here and really not the best. Have not not tried anything and probably won't. Glad I only bought one slice. Very tiny on the inside.

I used to be a regular, I had to wait over 10 minutes inside the pizzeria after working a long day, chronic back pain, and I'm not the one who even called in the pizza. I hate this place, firstly, the card swipe at the register harassed you for a tip - I didn't tip and the girl at the register made a shocked face over it. Not to mention no public bathrooms, you should be ashamed of yourself and the way you operate Now pizzeria. Awful pizzeria

we have been ordering pizza from the now in Hamburg for probably 15 years now. the BEST pizza in Hamburg. however so disappointed in yesterday's order. wanted sheet pizza and wings. didn't have sheets, subed for two large (no big deal) ... my pizzas were so soggy and cheese had no color to it. my wings were over fried and dried out. also paid for 2 extra blue cheese but didn't receive. . not giving up on them yet just hoping it was a one time thing

We just got food here for the first time in a while, this place has really good food, good pizza, good wings, and good blue cheese, a little expensive for what we got, but good food comes at a price, I would recommend, I also would come here again
Woman at the counter was nice, but I’m not sure how they keep the lights on selling this product. Pizza is maybe a .5/5 or 1/10.

Great pizza and wings. I appreciate that they also have tater tot’s as an option instead of just fries like most places. Easy in/out location right on the Main Street of Hamburg.

Absolute, fantastic customer service!! We had our 2 year old son with us, and she asked if we wanted his taco to come out before our chicken fingers. Which was perfect (if you're the mom of a toddler if you know you know). The chicken fingers were great, not stringy or anything. You can choose to have sauce on side or tossed. A good hefty amount of bleu cheese! The curly fries were hot, a delicious. Just beautiful, kind-hearted people, providing great food and service to their customers! Oh, and they have cute Buffalo Bills shirts! Thanks so much!
