❤️ the seasonal beverages, the new almond milk iced sugar cookie latte is 2024 go to winter beverage. Tried the frappe version double blended was divine.
Also, My 2024 favorite Refresher was the Cran-Merry Orange with water.

I had the pleasure of being served by Lindsey at Starbucks today, and I couldn't have been more impressed with her exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile, making me feel welcomed and appreciated. Lindsey took the time to ask about my preferences and suggested some new drinks I hadn't tried before. Her knowledge of the menu was top-notch, and she crafted my drink exactly how I like it, with perfect precision.
What truly stood out, though, was her upbeat and friendly attitude, even during a busy rush. She managed to keep things flowing smoothly while making every customer feel special. It's clear that Lindsey loves what she does, and it made my experience at Starbucks truly enjoyable.
If you're ever at this Starbucks location, definitely look out for Lindsey. She brings a level of professionalism, friendliness, and care that's hard to beat!

I walked into an empty store. It was clean and welcoming. The first person behind the counter looked up at me and then looked back down, with no greeting. She finished her task of rearranging the display. But wait!! The guy standing behind her made eye contact....but no, he proceeded to pull himself up on the counter and sit there and continue his eye contact with me. No greeting. Then about 30 seconds later (still no greeting), the first person went into the back room and said 'Lyndsay, yer up!'. Lyndsay came out and was talking on her headset and gave me the 'hold-on-just-a-sec' finger. When she finally acknowledged me, she just looked at me and raised her eye brows as to say: 'well, go ahead and order!'. I wanted the carbonated energy drink and i didn't know the name of it and it doesn't appear on the menu. She was no help. then she reminded me that 'maybe i should remember the name for the next time so it would be easier to order'. THANKS! I haven't been to Starbucks much lately. This didn't help.

I mainly use the drive thru. But every single time I’m greeted very nicely by one of your friendly staff! I’ve never had to ever have to go back to have them remake it, because my drinks are always made right! I would also like to say to Lindsey ( I hope I didn’t spell your name wrong) thank you for always being so kind when I come to pick up my coffee! Loved our first conversation and that stuck with me! The love of Halloween! So thank you for being so sweet! I think this is my new favorite location!

Ughh we bought breakfast2- sandwichs. Both on croissant, no flavor, boring. Didn't finish the sandwich. Will not ever go back for a breakfast sandwich again. Don't drink coffee but my daughter does she goes probably five times a week for coffee. She loves it and doesn't mind the price I guess cuz she keeps going back!!

No trash cans (waste buckets, dumpsters) (for customers) (except in restrooms).
Few electrical outlets (sockets) (relative to the number of tables). (Most tables are not by a wall, are in the midst of the floor. Installing floor sockets might supply more outlets.)
I’m a sucker for Starbucks.
It takes way too long to get our coffee. You’re making coffee not a steak dinner.

I’ve been going to this location since it opened. Every Friday morning and some Sundays. Decided to stop in today to enjoy the 2 for$10. Placed our order inside and waited. We stood there for 20 minutes waiting for our drinks and watching two girls hustle while three stood there and talked. Both drinks were made incorrectly. One was ordered with soy and they made it with regular milk. The other ordered as a venti but made a grande. The one women apologized about not using soy but the other women was VERY rude about me requesting the correct size of the other drink and just threw it into a venti cup with more ice per the managers response to the issue. Did not receive an apology and she just threw the drink up on the counter with no words said like an apology or name yelled out. Just placed it with all the other orders. Truly disappointed in the customer service received and can say I won’t be returning to this location.

Why have a lobby when it's closed all the time or closes early without warming
TL/WR: Decent, aside from current Corporate supply mismanagement debacle, affecting locations everywhere.
Starbucks, in general, has run out of a lot of their products, and has been offering *no* consolation at all.
This location has seemed prone to random closures, with very little notice (a small paper sign on the door). On occasion, it has been limited to drive-thru and order-ahead (via the app) purchase only, posing inconvenience to many.
Employees are good to great here, though a few seem to have difficulty understanding simple requests / order directives (which seems standard at pretty much every Starbucks store).

We stopped for a quick coffee on the way out of town. There was a steady stream of customers but the staff were getting drinks out quickly. We didn't have to wait very long which is always a plus. Inside was clean. Plenty of tables for indoor seating. Everything was correct and tasty.
Was so excited for bogo day today (Mother’s Day) and made it clear I had the app while in the drive thru. Person at the window charged me full price without scanning my app. When I brought this up, the person said they would cancel the first transaction and charged me with the bogo deal in app. Noticed the other charge wasn’t cancelled and their CS team has been awful and making me jump thru hoops for my refund. When your drinks are 7 dollars you she be able to afford impeccable CS. Disgusted!
