The Hamburg town hall location has been awful since they opened. I've never had such repeated bad experiences at any other location. They get orders incorrect more than 50% of the time, order ahead orders are almost never ready on time, 2 of the employees have been repeatedly rude and make passive aggressive comments if you forget to select the "drive thru" option on the app. Today, I forgot to select drive thru and the woman acted as if she was being asked to scale a mountain to retrieve my drink from the "in store" pick up area. Meanwhile, the many times that I have remembered to select drive thru, they don't have it ready, or it's still not in the correct place, yet I have been patient and understanding with them about it. I can understand them being annoyed if the store is busy and there are a bunch of employees packed in behind the counter but today there was nobody else there and only 2 employees (that I could see). The young man who works at the window is always very kind. Also, there was one time I forgot to select drive thru on the app for the camp road location, I apologized to the employee and they said "oh, it makes no difference, we can grab it from wherever it is". The town hall location needs to do some retaining on how to fulfill orders and general customer service or just find some new employees.

Out of all the Starbucks around this is definitely one of the best ones. Our drinks always taste the same no matter who's working. They actually SHAKE the refreshers there!

Myself and co workers stop here every morning for coffee. The staff is extremely friendly and thoughtful. On slower days they even have our order started as we walk into the store. It’s a pleasure to be served by this staff daily.

The redheaded manager has some of the worst service. Asked about the BOGO offer as I ordered and was told yes. She charged my card at full price and when I asked about it at the window after realizing she told me she cancelled my order and I needed the app to have that offer. I told her I did and she ran my card again at the bogo price. Ended up being charged twice at almost $25 for two drinks!!! What a joke. And the least friendly workers. For how much you charge, a smile or I’m sorry would be cool too.

Worst customer service ever ! And Starbucks has no napkins ! Isn’t that a health violation? The girl said we have nothing to wipe our hands with we use the dryer in the bathroom? For the price of your awful coffee I’m pretty sure Starbucks can afford napkins !

Usually clerks ok here, most of them, but to be honest, there is one here in particular, who always without exception has rude behaviour and attitude towards a lot of customers (no, I am not the only one who has been or is mistreated here by her...I have seen how she is with others), and she acts crazy quite frankly. I have been dining in here a number of years and she often behaves rotten, evil, and childish for no reason. Why does she think and act crazy?...Cause she is rotten and childish. Period. She needs to watch her attitude and behaviour with people. Really. What is her problem? What does she think?...I recommend a good psychiatrist and a specialist for her, cause her parents obviously didn't bring her up right or she is rebellious against their teachings about proper etiquette & politeness.I also recommend complaining about her and having her fired, at the very least.There were 2 other clerks there, at the time, unlike her, the polite and gentle kind. So no problems with them.Generally, I try to ignore her, but today, not the first time, gives me a crazy look and she asks crazily when I look back, as if to challenge me and asks may I help you? I said, no, cause I am only looking. Really I can look. But this time, unlike the other times, I gave her an attitude back, cause frankly I have had enough of her and her disrespect and stupidity, Really what is her problem? I can look back if I like. And I stand there, just looking back, stopping there, like what?... She says step back really loud, freaking out, like how dare I. Once. So I step back, right, not changing my own attitude, not an ounce, smirking as well too, in the dining room area, still, looking back at her. She says step back again, and I understand what kind of evil I am dealing with, of course. But really I don't care at this point, about some dumb clerk who thinks she is in charge of the whole world once one goes there and I don't mind the nice ones, but really she is not in charge over me at all, not there either. So I step even further back in the lobby dining room. Not even close to them or in the work area. I am a customer and should be treated with respect. Still looking back. Of course I know what type of savage powermad loon I am dealing with, tho she is a mere dumb clerk, and I know what dumb clerks do (not a smear or downplay of the other clerks and managers here and elsewhere who are ok and smart and very decent with customers and others), but she is wrong and out of bounds, disrespectful. And I know her evil game.You can be holding a gun, think you are king or queen Tut even, but be disrespectful towards me unduly and too much, and anyone who knows me, not to brag, I have pride, I won't let anyone walk all over me, I don't care who you are. I have pride & probably will tell everyone the truth about you & have somebody else take care of you with proper legal punitive measures, nasty clerks and managers... If you are like that, out of bounds.Behave. Take care not to be unnecessarily stupid like that one. Clerks think that they can be bad with no boundaries towards customers, with no repercussions. This mere dumb clerk here who i dealt with here today is evil towards others, maybe even more evil than anyone knows...I know the type. Other clerks are good and kind to customers, the smart ones.I didn't do anything wrong. It was her. She is the problem. Not I.Customer service?She was aghast that I still was looking back at her. I was thinking, what? She said leave. So I got ready to leave and said I won't be coming back... ever. Then I left. Won't be coming back ever there because frankly I don't like it there anyways with her and her attitude.Some like her get powermad or crazy, want to be bad and disrespectful and are the instigators. Then, when one refuses to be mistreated, they threaten violence or ridiculously want to bear false witness and to attack with authorities, which she can't do. What's the deal with that immature, rotten, stupid clerk? She begs correction.

Very clean and friendly. Staff is open to help fix any problem I may encounter with drinks. Very well informed workers on different types of coffee. I sat in the dining room until close and was not rushed out once like I am at other locations. Barista said she was going to wipe down the other tables and sweep up some crumbs but that I completely fine to stay till they are closed. Helpful with trying new drinks and offering a new drink if I don’t like it. Overall the best Starbucks around.

I work within walking distance of the Starbucks inside the Tops on South Park Ave in Hamburg. So, I walk over this afternoon to get a coffee. I don't go very often, but have visited a few times in the past year. A bit shocked at the price (now $3.53 with tax...$4 since I threw the change in the tip jar). I start walking back to work and keep thinking the cup doesn't feel warm at all. I pull the top off and take a sip and it is roughly room temperature....so I turn around and walk all the way back. The girl was nice enough and apologized and offered to brew a fresh pot but another girl said they just made one. She throws out the old coffee and gets me a new one (served from one of those tall silver coffee dispensers). She hands it to me and apologized again. I walk back to work...the cup is definitely warmer, but I suspect it isn't hot. I sit down at my desk, take the lid off and, sure enough, it's warm but not hot (I'm not one of those people who thinks coffee should burn the roof of your mouth). Clearly they made a fresh pot and proceeded to add it to the cold coffee already in the dispenser. Pretty disappointing for a $4 cup of coffee.... and my grandfather no doubt rolled over in his grave when he found out I spent $4 for a cup of coffee...lol. The good news is I'm done with Starbucks....
