Today, we accidentally pulled into the wrong drive thru line (mobile order v. regular). When we got to the speaker, she asked who the mobile order was from. We were confused and said that we didn’t have one. Instead of simply letting us know that we were in the wrong lane, the woman “taking” our order instead berated my parter and told her that she’s “refusing service” to her.
Never in all my life did I think such a small mistake would cause such an aggressive response from a customer service worker to the point she straight up refused to serve us - heck, we would have fine to just swing back around and jump to the back of the line!
This location seriously needs to reevaluate who they’re keeping on staff. At this point would recommend going down the road to another coffee location, I know I won’t be back.
Went thru drive thru to order and they made us wait to get the total of our order to take a mobile order in the drive thru that pulled in as we finished ordering
The drinks and food are always amazing. They are always super quick and super friendly!! Very professional and a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed the service from Gianna and Brianna and Jack. They were the highlight of my day. Ps. Bring back the Turkey Sage please (it was my favorite).
Don’t order cold foam from this location. I thought it was because they were out until I ordered in person and watched them make it, they don’t take the time to make it into an actual foam. It’s basically a liquid they just pour on top of your drink plus having little to no flavor. It’s disappointing as cold foam is 1/4th of the price of a drink itself.

That Owen Palinski is just the cutest darned thing.?? He took such good care of me, was so respectful, and made my iced coffee so sweet, just like himself! Six out of five stars (Owen is the sixth star?✨⭐️)

This is hands down the best Starbucks location in the area! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Drinks are great and the quality is consistent. It usually isn't too busy so you're in and out fast but even if there is a line, they're very efficient at keeping it moving.
I always order ahead and no matter what, the time always says 10-13 minutes until order is ready, which is fine, I just plan ahead. But the last few weeks, it has been taking even longer than that and I don't understand why because there is only ever a max of 3 people sitting inside, one car in the drive through and no other mobile orders on the counter, but the baristas as chatting and laughing away. They ask my name when I walk in and then rush to get my order done. Also, how does this location keep running out of Mocha everything.

the corporation union busts, charges compassion tax on plantmilk, and has noticeably withdrawn LGBTQIA+ support. this location has been a bit of a mixed bag, with some employees pleasant and some rude. negative bias of at least one employee very evident, well past any professionalism. socialization is prioritized over job function in many instances; paying customers should not be ignored. apparently there's an issue with several employees, including one in supervisory position, engaging in the use of anti-LGBTQIA+ slurs, which is absolutely unacceptable. a few friendly, kind employees does not make up for that.
