I went to get a subway it was 7:56 and as I walk up they turned the lights off and told they closeed even tho there not supposed to close intill 8 it takes 2 minutes to make my sub they even left early

I went in for a BBQ chicken sub. the teen didn't even fill the scoop all the way so I asked for double meat. she drops half the meat out of the sub but still charges me for double and throws all the meat she dropped from my sub out. last time I stop here rip off.

Like the other subway in Hamburg, they messed up my sub and I called when I got home. Left three messages before I was finally called back by the manager who said there’s nothing they can do, even though I called that same day when I bit into the sub and realized it wasn’t what I ordered. Also, they don’t take the coupons which, to me, makes me dislike the location that much more. I will not be going here anymore!

Haven't been in this one in a while but always would get the egg w veggies on the FLATBREAD. Always loved it !!! Used to be delicious. So ordered that. And OMG, so shocked to see that the flatbread was PAPER THIN w Absolutely NO TASTE, tasted like cardboard, and the bread was thinner than cardboard actually!!!! Terrible!!! Soooo disappointing! What the heck happened??? I won't be back for that and it's sad because I used to get it quite often and used to really enjoy it!!!

I would like to say that management when interviewing for here does not get back to you. I believe it is unprofessional to not response either way on if you have the job or not. As I am sure that they would not want someone not to show up when they say that they will be there. I would not waste my time applying here.

When we 1st pulled in to pull into the handicap spot there was a white car with it's car door wide open blocking 2/3rd of the driveway,( come to find out it was the owners ) when we wanted to use the handicap ramp there was loose boards and part of the ramp looked like it was collapsing ( very unsafe). When we walked in the nice young man greeted us, I inquired about the white car and was greeted with attitude by a older gentleman about my age like he was ready to fight me. My fiance and I are both disabled, We will definitely not do business again with this subway
