Jesus Christ don’t come here!! lol. They won’t let you use coupons and I was told no, I couldn’t put veggies on a pizza sub. A few tomatoes and black olives? Really saving money here Subway at the cost of customer service….. Just walk over to the Walmart hot food counter and save yourself the aggravation.

I was just there getting lunch before the bills game (Nov) 3 let’s just say the girl that serviced me made it like I was a huge inconvenience from the start. I thought she was going to put my sandwich in the toaster and I just reminded her I would like the onions on before toasting she stated she knows that and I said thank you I was was just reminding you and under her breath she said you don’t have to remind me. Then was pissy ever since. I then sat down and ate and after ordered another sub for my wife where she forgot the cheese before putting it in the toaster so I had to remind her I guess everyone needs a reminder ever so often. We all make mistakes. Then the cheese I wanted was gone so she huffed to the back to get some more. I have worked in food service my first 7 years in the work world even when I was miserable I just came out and put a smile on. I would usually leave a 1$ for each girl working I wouldn’t give her a penny. Hopefully you read this and fix your attitude going forward. Or quit and find a new job.

Terrible service. Workers come out to wait on customers and act like we are an inconvenience to them. Not sure if they properly clean everything and rotate products. But almost every time I’ve been there and others, they’ve have stomach issues afterwards. The owner doesn’t care about pretty much anything but making money. Which is understandable. But in order to have a good running business and happy employees the owner has to care and work by example. Overall I wouldn’t have even given this place 1 star.

Customer service was awful. They were rude and went out of order helping other customers while I was still waiting to pay cash. Threw our subs on the counter without saying anything. They would’ve forgot to grab my cookies if I didn’t say anything. Also they mixed the lettuce and onions together, so I got onions when I cannot tolerate them. Couldn’t even finish eating my sub because it was messed up. Overall very disorganized and terrible service.

gotta work on the customer service. walked up to the counter, and was not greeted. person making my sandwich seemed like they were miles away, kept looking past me as if their attention was elsewhere. didn't ask what kind of bread I wanted, automatically picked white...I prefer wheat. sandwich was okay...had to pick out a few hard banana pepper stems. I know inflation is running rampant, but $15 for a full sub with chips and a bottled water is overkill...but I needed some fast food. life protip, make your own food. less likely to be disappointed, and your wallet will thank you

Sandwich was fine.. but I was charged for a pro.. just ordered a foot long and I had to ask for bacon cause he forgot lol.The real reason I'm kind of annoyed is the person wasn't even in a uniform, looked like he worked for cabellas and also didn't have a mask on.Feel like all of these are kind of common sense things. Oh well. It's a chain inside of a Walmart. What can you do.

Ordered online and they messed up order & when I called she tried to tell me they didn’t mess it up. Even though both subs were making toppings and she said that well she said she out the cheese and peppers on it. She actually didn’t though because i Have it right in front of me. Then she goes we don’t charge for those items so there’s nothing I can do like if you want you can bring them back and I’ll add cheese and the peppers. Like how about a refund or admit you messed up.
