I never and I mean NEVER write reviews but dude.. this location just opened and needs to be shut down immediately. the food was horrendous and that’s just being generous.. I can’t even imagine what health code violations they got goin on in that restaurant but they needa shut down before the whole town of Hamburg dies to salmonella.

I have been to this location 4 times in the last year as it’s the closest one to me, today being one of those times. Across those 4 orders, 2 of the 4 have been wildly incorrect - items made completely incorrectly and items completely missing. It’s beyond frustrating to spend money on things that are either missing or made incorrect. I will no longer be going to this location, it’s a waste of time/money.

Have gone here twice during the time that they’re supposed to be open. First time just empty. No workers or anything. Second time, there are people there, the sign itself says drive thru open. Go through the drive and all they say is we’re closed. It’s 12:45am, they’re open until 1am (supposedly). Ok

This is the third time this year I have had a problem with this specific taco bell location. First time, I door dashed a delivery and they forgot multiple items. Second, I ordered for pick up and after thirty minutes decided to go get it, we went through the drive thru, they said “there’s nobody working here pull to the side and wait it’s going to be 20 minutes”. Third, I ordered for delivery via door dash again and after an hour, I checked my phone and all 24 items popped up as “out of stock” which just was a plain lie and then my order was cancelled. I have spoken to Door Dash and I was refunded for parts/all of my orders, however, made it a point to ensure they have a conversation with this location as it is not reliable, truthful, or able to follow through with their services. I suggested they should probably not make that location readily available on Door Dash as a partnership. They are awful here.

This location has the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant I’ve ever been too. Every time I’ve gone to this location’s drive thru, they either don’t answer, tell you to come inside because it’s a shift change, or let you order and then tell you to come inside. I will never go here again. I’ll drive out of my way to go to a different Taco Bell location.

This place is I diabolically bad and the bathrooms where so disgusting I almost throw up and there was just a little kid just wondering around in the kitchen and if you think that the drive through is bad go inside it was so dirty and the workers were coughing in my food while My food, my friend worked here and he instantly quit. There boss didn’t pay them at all. There was hairs in my food. Also I am surprised I have not died yet and I will report tomorrow if I don’t die

This place is horrible. I ordered and it took forever. There was a little kid in the kitchen just hanging out. The one staff member kept coughing. I ordered a vegetarian option and it tasted like they put beef in it. I didn’t see any meat. I honestly make better crunch wrap supremes. The staff wasn’t friendly,

Straight awful. I used to love taco bell but they are all horribly managed. Theres always one poor person working in there alone. Never expect your food to take less than 10 min to order/get. Just close taco bell!!!!
