I ordered a steak panini and was hardly any steak on it, tomatoes are not suppose to be on it literally so disappointed. With how much this sandwich is should if been a lot better.

Almost 4 dollars. Not the employees fault . Happens alot at tim hortons. The owners may need price drops b4 we all just go to Starbucks. And the app is horrendous! Everyone hates it esp the employees . Maybe if Tim hortons wasn't selling your information to the highest bidder they would do without it but remember covid and how these businesses treated us. It's as if it wasn't about covid ....weird.

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 medium hot chocolates, received 2 mocha lattes… To ensure my order is correct, I typically have to go into the store to order. Whats the point?? It wasn't busy either.

So we've been too many Tim Horton drive-thrus we're local. We ordered a hot medium tea with honey in it because we're going to be driving we don't want to have to stop to put the honey in it. The young man working the window handed me the tea with honey packets and said we don't put honey in it it's a health violation. Are you seriously kidding me right now? It's only Tim Hortons so far has ever said such a thinking it's the easy way out because it takes more time and effort? There's no one behind me at the time. I would love to hear from the management and it also like to hear from the regional Tim Hortons to know what the deal is..... It seems of late it's very difficult to get good service anywhere.

I ordered a smoothie at the drive thru. I double checked by asking if they put yogurt in it. They did. I get up to the window and get straight smoothie … mix. Gross. $6 for smoothie mix?!! It’s supposed to be light pink this was closer to maroon. I asked them to remake it and they would not. I asked if they would take it back and give me a refund. They would not. I had to chuck it in the garbage next to the drive thru. Now I’m choking down a bagel with no drink. They are obviously busy enough they don’t care about reviews but if your reading this skip this location as they obviously have accountability problems when they screw up and their employees have not been trained correctly

Tired of coming here at the drive thru and order a bagel that they are out of. It’s not even 1:30pm. Why can’t they figure out they should bake MORE so people can get want they want from the menu. Happened two times within a few weeks. Tim’s owner wake up and train your employees better
