I want to thank the new girl i’ve been seeing around in the store I think she has said her name is Lisa/Lina I couldn’t hear well with my upset child she helped defise my arguing children over colored donuts by bringing over another tray of them for them to pick she is also very lovely on the speaker and when I see her through drive thru window she is always smiling and one day she complimented my hair which made my day the person before me she was taking care of she kept calling them sweetheart and positive saying stuff made it seem like she is a welcoming type of person love the positive energy that place definitely needs some of that

This was ridiculous. As I opened my farmers wrapped it was poorly wrapped and everything was at the bottom. It was not edible. Normally it’s easy to eat in the car on the go. Not this one. The tiny part is, is that it took awhile to revive my order.

Can't even open on time. Not the first time they just aren't ready when they open. Always packed and very slow because it's the only drive thru place for miles. Hope someone else opens and gives them competition. It's not totally on them because they can't stop building around there, adding thousands of people to a small area, with no choices, but even when it's a few people in line, prepare to wait for awhile.

This tim hortons is by far the worst tim hortons in the entire western New York area , you end up waiting in line for 45 mins every time ! You ignorant sloppy children ! Do you job!
We order two green teas with honey on the side, we leave from the drive thru . Down the road we opened them up both were gushing with milk ! I’m not sure how this happens it just befuddles me !

So, I'll say it first since it's important for me to note: customers who go through the drive-thru who really shouldn't (those ordering over 10 people's worth of food without calling ahead for example, or ordering 3 dozen bagels or donuts....you know these people), should NOT be held against Tim's service stars, so I have right-sized based on my personal experience (and not on the customers ahead of me in line).OK, whew.Tim's is always a cheap and easy stop for us when we are about to hit the road on a trip, or heading up to run errands for the day. They are right off 219, and easy to pop back on in either direction. The driveway is pockmarked with potholes, so just be mindful as you drive through the drive-thru (recently filled, if I am recalling correctly!). Coffee is quick and simple, food is decent, and they typically have everything in stock with the rare exception of a few bagels that may run out by lunchtime. Overall, an easy stop with good to-go-food options!
Parking: Parking can sometimes be a little difficult to navigate depending on the day, time, and busyness of the shop. the drive-thru dumps the customers off on one side of the parking lot, so the drive-thru traffic occasionally pins you (the parking lot driver) into your spot for a few extra moments to wait for traffic to clear up.

I was given the incorrect drink and the snotty teenage girl who made it argued with me over it so I just took it. When I pulled away and got home I also noticed my turkey bacon club failed to include a major ingredient in the name, the bacon. Very disappointed in the service there lately and I usually have had great experiences with that location until the last few trips. Sad to say I will not be returning for a while, if at all. A wasted 14 dollars is sickening.

The service here has room for improvement. If you close at 9pm, why do the servers “put everything away” before 8pm? We drive by this location more than we stop because they, in our experience, always seems to be lacking the “staples” Tim Hortons is known for.
