I want to thank the new girl i’ve been seeing around in the store I think she has said her name is Lisa/Lina I couldn’t hear well with my upset child she helped defise my arguing children over colored donuts by bringing over another tray of them for them to pick she is also very lovely on the speaker and when I see her through drive thru window she is always smiling and one day she complimented my hair which made my day the person before me she was taking care of she kept...
So, I'll say it first since it's important for me to note: customers who go through the drive-thru who really shouldn't (those ordering over 10 people's worth of food without calling ahead for example, or ordering 3 dozen bagels or donuts....you know these people), should NOT be held against Tim's service stars, so I have right-sized based on my personal experience (and not on the customers ahead of me in line).OK, whew.Tim's is always a cheap and...
The service here has room for improvement. If you close at 9pm, why do the servers “put everything away” before 8pm? We drive by this location more than we stop because they, in our experience, always seems to be lacking the “staples” Tim Hortons is known for.
