literally my all time favorite tim hortons! the staff is always so cheerful no matter what time i go through. i don’t know who was working this morning (5:15AMish) but i just wanted to let both the girls working that they definitely made my early halloween morning worth it!

Coffee is constantly done wrong even though you correct them at the speaker box, their Oreo cookies are nothing like advertised and look like this everytime. Just frustrating constantly getting the wrong coffee and not even getting what’s close to advertised on pictures.

Very rude staff. Inconsistently wrong coffee, especially for being such a slow location. The manager there refused to make my coffee right and insisted I was getting a refund and they were not making it the way I wanted it bc that’s how they make it.

Good coffee and donuts. Easy to find and park. It is located near other popular shopping. Has bathrooms. Not a long wait. Good service. Nice place to sit with a few people.

Same with other Tim hortons I have been to when things are slow workers will talk to each other , be on phones leaving customers at counter some workers talk about customers , always mess up orders as much these people get paid think they could orders out on time not mess it up they are expensive get cheaper coffee McDonald’s maybe gas station have not been into McDonald’s in years compare prices and doughnuts better off going tops or Paula doughnuts you get what you paid for there bigger to Tim horton doughnuts.,Tim hortons cinnamon rolls frosting or plain they always taste dry

Radio is blasting take 3xs to get a order rt need staff that listen to orders not blasting

went through the drive-thru where i ordered 2 coffees and the worker confirmed our order twice. when we got to the window, they only gave me one coffee and rushed me to pull out before i could attempt to question it. the worker at the window also didn’t state the price before taking my card, nor did she offer me a receipt, so i have no clue if i paid for one coffee, or if i paid for two coffees, one of which i didn’t receive.

2 tea . triple , triple with splenda and a dome lid .get home ... not quite tea , not quite coffee .kinda obvious somebody got lazy and didn't want tobrew another pot and cut it with some coffee .7 dollars for something I don't want .... and maybe fix the menu/order sign so people can know what they ordered is what you put in . it's been broke a long time .there are many tim's in this area . think about it , owners .

Awesome atmosphere and service! I got there this morning to get breakfast and a coffee. Just started a new job out that way and I’m super glad I found this Tim Hortons. From the start I was welcomed and the girl taking my order was so nice and professional. I believe her name was angela. Thanks to her you have a returning customer. And trust me I have been to many other Tim Hortons and I finally found one that was great from the start to the finish.
