Great ambience and the noise level is perfect for conversing. Booth seating is for slimmer diners; they could open them up a bit in my opinion. WIDE range of food choices, all sounding delicious. Very creative cocktail list. Servers seemed to be overworked at times; ours (Erin) was fabulous although she often had her hands full. My friends and I were there for conversation more than dinner, so as long as the wine and drinks were served promptly, we were happy. Lobster bisque was hot and tasty; my roasted beet salad and lobster tail were perfect. One companion's steak salad was very good; the other felt his chicken parm was less than admirable and a bit overpriced. We split a piece of lemon cake (very nice). Coffee took some time to start arriving as we chatted, but once it did, it kept coming as we enjoyed the rest of our time there. I would surely recommend Waterstone to friends and look forward to another visit.

Food was high quality and priced right. Greeted enthusiastically by Glen as soon as we walked in. Judy was our server, she was very attentive, spaced our meal, we did not feel rushed, and made the experience very enjoyable. We would highly recommend.

We always have a good meal here, and last night was no exception. Altho busy, it wasn't noisy. Our server, Allison, was wonderful, attentive and friendly. My husband enjoyed the surf n turf special and my 1/2 rack of ribs was fall off the bone tender. We were very happy.

Decorated beautifully for fall. Service was great. Menu is huge so many good choices all price range . Our server was polite and checked in regularly. My husband had the ribs,excellent very tender . I had filet linguine with Gorgonzola cheese. Very flavorful ! Would highly recommend!

Server was good but I felt they may be short staffed just by how brisk the server was with us. We did not need anything but could tell she was busy. Food was delicious! Nice relaxing place.
