Got food through the drive thru to eat at the lake. I got a meal and a frosty. When I got to the lake I realized that I didnt get a straw or spoon.

They really need to know how to cook the bacon and cook the bacon all the way and the bacon is half cooked when we get out sandwiches.

This may be the best service at a fast food restaurant in Hamburg and I have been to most of them. They're a little slow sometimes but still faster than any others. 5-10 min average wait. I know it's fast food so I don't expect top notch food preparation. Occasionally orders can get messed up but the staff is usually friendly and helpful. Their breakfast offerings are not good but that's a corporate issue.

All I say is when you are standing at the counter and not one but two employees come up to the register to do something and walk away without saying a word, you better rethink your employees. I had to ask if someone could take my order. Absolutely pathetic customer service.
