The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. The food was just ok. Chicken and beef taco meat were very dry. They were out of a few key ingredients like avocado and diced tomato. There is so much potential for an amazing food experience here if they keep the food fresh and restocked.

Chipotle style, nothing freshly cooked, but decent tasting for the area. 1st time they made my $11 burrito it was so pathetically undersized I asked them to make me another one. 2nd one was good size and was pretty good tasting. Someone really needs to teach them how to roll a proper burrito though. Mine turned out like a "wrap" rather than a burrito, both times, no bueno.

We went to 8 Fresh for a late lunch on a weekday. The food was terrific and portion size was ample but not overwhelming. We were all thrilled with our meals, and will definitely be back soon.

Only one beverage. Bottled spring water. Annoying menu,everything is listed as #8. Expensive. Chicken tacos, had dry meat that lacked flavor and basic ice Berg lettuce cut sloppy with heart included. Steak bowl was delicious but very small and does not come with chips. Moe's in New Hartford has free chips and dip with every purchase and over fifty beverage options.
We went to eat here one night after a basketball game. In the past the food has been good, but this time it was a service issue. The man who prepared the food was also handling the money at the cash register, taking the orders, and serving the food with the same gloves. The service was not fast at all, and the food in the line such as the guacomole had sitten out and turned brown. We were concerned about the cleanliness, so we left. We were very disappointed in this experience.

Dont ask wont tell place is a joke and the owner only cares about certain people who are his patsies... Serves food he has no idea what the ingredients even are watched him first hand serve food with a ingredient that contained fish when asked he stated no none in it or i dont know..... Not good business practices right there and he.dont even have a fish allergy warning sign up for folks whom can not eat fish that there NEEDS TO HE PROPER POSTING OF FISH OR FISH PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN THE SAME.AREA as the.other food..... No good

Came into Fresh 8 expecting it to be good as I had been to the one in Clinton. And let me tell you it was amazing. Sach was the man working there when I went in and he was so courteous and a phenomenal server. I will definitely be returning solely based on this.

My mother and I stopped here on a quiet Wednesday afternoon and were delighted by the friendly greeting we received. We ordered the taco taco and the taco fries both were good and filling. We would definitely come again.

This place was a home run, wait - a grand slam! The food was freshly prepared and beyond delicious! The atmosphere was comfortable and the ambience appealing!
