The morning girls are always rude. Specifically Shelby and Sam. Everytime I stop by, they are always talking bad or complaining about another worker. Instead of focusing on customers and cleanliness

I tried to order a hot drink which requires the use of the espresso machine today , only to be told I couldn't because the machine wasn't working. This is ridiculous. I was told this numerous times in the past year also. Let's get that espresso machine fixed !

Horrible staff today the guys got half of my order wrong and were being rude to customers because they actually had to work
The girl at the drive through window was very nice and very efficient The only issue is the quality of what you're getting for what you pay. I got a large iced tea and the egg white omelet bites and they were just plain bad. I couldn't eat either of them.

I asked the girl who took my order for a cup of water for my toddler who likes to have her own cup. The girl surprised us instead with a fancy frozen drink and said she just wanted to do something special for us. Our day was totally made!
