Decent food, but if you have business plans don't go here. If you park the only way to get out is to force your way thru the entrance, poor design, staff, and visitors could've been kinder. Prices were higher than other dunkins

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The day shift girls are absolutely rude. I ordered a coffee and they charged me extra $2.00 for almond milk and still got it wrong , then when I asked for more the lady wanted to argue with me about it, didn’t even put my food I ordered in the bag. I already waited 15 mins I had to drive back and get the food and it was completely cold. Drove back again because I wanted hot food and they treated me absolutely horrible. I would rather drive the distance to another Dunkin’ Donuts then to ever go here. They need new management and workers. What happened to customer service ? I am a paying customer and why am I not provided hot food that is correct? Most of all why is someone arguing with me on how I would like my coffee. You are going to charge me basically $8 for a coffee and still get it wrong. This isn’t the first time this has happened

They were serving only Donuts and coffee at 11a on a Monday bc the drive-thru was backed up into the street. They seemed understaffed.

Ordered a coffee. Tasted like all they did was add the flavoring and cream to hot water. Didn't smell or taste like coffee at all. Cup was only 2/3 full.

BEST. DUNKIN. EVER.Good, hot food, amazing coffees, and friendly staff! Clean RR here too, I always come back! Great spot!!
Coffee is all I go to DD for anymore. Little by little the donuts that drew me to the franchise in the first place have been discontinued , it started out with certain locations I suppose due to shared or condensed locations like on the hwy or malls ..so I would sometimes drive 30 to 40 miles one way to the locations that carried the particular donuts I liked ..eventually all stores dropped my favorite and DD was the only donut shop that ever carried it..now gone forever ( whipped light chocolate mousse filled donuts with powder sugar coating) then they stopped selling French creullers . I have no attraction to eat pink or purple or white or orange frosting. Or generic trendy stale donuts ..its just not the same ...but I do like the Coffee :-)

I live for the caramel macchiato and everything bagel as well as an occasional Boston cream but as far as the other foods...let's just say stick to bagels and donuts ??
