Good coffee and pastries. However, I bought the Brittany sandwich. It tasted great. All of the ingredients were fresh. But there was no turkey on it. I went up to the counter to let them know they forgot to put turkey on my turkey sandwich and was told, “oh, I’m sorry. We ran out of turkey!” So why didn’t they say that when I ordered it at the counter? So I paid full price for a lettuce tomato and cheese sandwich.

Clean atmosphere, nice decor.. however they don’t offer a light roast coffee… what I was charged didn’t match what was on the posted menus. Another issue was mixing blueberry, cinnamon sugar bagels with everything and jalepeno cheddar bagels… this will make the sweet bagels taste like savory bagels.

Used to be amazing as of a year ago. Now, they can't cook an egg to save their lives, don't complete an order. No cheese on a sandwich?! And the hash browns are soggy with no seasoning. I couldve done it better my self in the microwave. And for what they used to be worth, the pirces seemed fine. Now, they make you pay $30+ for crappy half ass food. Quality stuff from farms yes but it isn't cooked right. If I could bump them to zero, I would.

Absolutely love this place. I drive from Syracuse just to get a bag of their amazing bagels and sandwiches. The staff are so nice and the atmosphere is really fun. My son loved the wheres Waldo search and thought the orange chocolate babka was the best thing ever.
