We come up from Florida once a year to Upstate NY to visit friends. Last year we stumbled upon Friends & Pho a small sit down / take out Vietnamese Pho restaurant. Proprietors are friendly and accommodating. Price is right, everything is cooked to order, hot and delicious. We had the Pho beef and the Bun Bo Hue which is deliciously spicy. I attended Colgate University and graduated two years ago. I still think about this place all the time. It was delicious and the exact thing to warm you up on a cold day. I’d make the trip back just to eat their pho again.
