We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left - and have already discussed returning. We had great food, awesome drinks, and a magical breakfast. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The perfect couple getaway.

Very Disappointing & here’s why 7:15pm reservations yet we were seated in a crowded, noisy corner of the bar. We asked to be moved to a quieter location, as many empty tables were available. We were placed nearest the door & kitchen entry/exit. Mediocre food (ordered martini, appetizers, bread, catfish & scallops & ice cream dessert). Everything is à la cart including bread ($ 4 per serving). Tab was $140 making this a poor value versus food quality. Very noisy requiring shouting to try to have a conversation. Left with head ache. Waiter was excellent & best part of what should have been a pleasantly memorable experience. My high hopes for its success were dashed. As local diners, we will not be returning.

The Latreille’s and staff are wonderful hosts! They were very kind and thoughtful for the duration of our three night stay. Our room was one of the smaller suites with the detached bathroom. Although it would have been more convenient to be in one of the rooms with the included bathroom, our room was still plenty big enough with a comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. The detached bathroom was just across the hall and very nicely done. When we arrived we were not only given a quick tour but were welcomed with complimentary cocktails. The provided breakfast was very good, fitting the needs of whatever your preference could be. The bar, restaurant, and entire property were thoughtfully laid out and designed with visitors in mind. We loved our stay and will undoubtedly book again in the future! Thank you Michael, Jennifer and staff for the wonderful stay.

Always a fantastic stay at the Hamilton Inn! We stayed in one of the rooms AND had dinner on the patio. It was a beautiful September night and the food was fantastic. The rooms are always warm and inviting and delightful to stay in... Lovely place.

My wife and I stayed in the guest rooms for a couple nights while visiting Colgate and loved it! Rooms are nicely furnished, Beds are super comfortable, breakfast is awesome, dinner is even better. The staff is so great and really pleasant to talk with.

Thank you to our hosts, Michael and Jennifer...our concierge and master of all incredible experiences Duke, and Heather who made it all work and guided us through an AMAZING dining experience. This was a dinner my fiancée and I will remember for our entire lives. Every course of the meal was prepared and served with Michelin-star quality and a family's love. During the course of our conversation, Heather called us "house guests" and we were treated as such the entire stay. The feeling was like staying at a Bead and Breakfast on top of an amazing restaurant and lounge. We will be back as often as we can!

The site is really amazing. The grounds are fabulous and the inside is equally lovely. It's the staff though that push it over the top. We experienced a medical situation and we needed some assistance. Boy did the staff step up. They acted like family and helped us immensely. It shows that these folks are more than just employees they are caring individuals that enjoy working with and helping others.

We have stayed at the Inn several times now. We also enjoy dinner there every time we visit our son at Colgate. We cannot say enough positive things about the staff. They have always been extremely attentive and focused on making our stay the most comfortable possible. We won't stay anywhere else in Hamilton! Oh - and yes - the food is the best you will find in the area - just fabulous!
