It's a peaceful place where students can come get something to eat or drink and then sit at tables that allow for studying or simply talking with friends. The option for outdoor dining is also available. Set on the 5th floor of the campus library the views are stunning.

I loved living at 10 College during my senior year. Excellent location, great natural light, and cozy little apartment. Art is a generous landlord and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

10 college was truly the place to live! It was so convenient in terms of location (being close to the cruiser stop, athletic center, Broad Street, Donovan's, the library, etc.) and even was a bearable walk up the hill. It felt like a home away from home and really made my senior year my best year at school. The living space was great, the living/common room was spacious, it was ideal having a nicely sized single that I could truly make my own, and it was wonderful having the ability to make our own meals in a large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. All my friends loved coming over to watch a movie, have a dinner, play 'cards against humanity', and simply relax. The owner was considerably accommodating and was open to any of our needs or desires--even if a doorknob was slightly loose, he had his handy man come right on over and fix it that day. Truly a great landlord to rent from. Also great how each room has its own thermostat. We also didn't have to shovel our driveway or the sidewalk, which was nice. You really felt the independence of being off campus while basically being on campus. It's great to have a space that is just yours after a long day of classes and you can even have candles (which you aren't allowed to have on campus and I've gotten in trouble for several times...). Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I highly recommend living at 10 college! (I was in apartment 1, but all of the units are great!)
