Love this shop so much. It is my go to for gifts for people who have everything! Give them a taste of the past with some candies from yesteryears. They have delicious gluten free cones, so no one is left out from this outing. The hand made chocolates are rich and decadent satisfying all your sweet toothed friends. Wait, your loved one cannot have sugar...check out their sugar free selection too. Wanna make everyone happy? Make your own fun mix of candy to enjoy. This place is a Must Stop.

First time I had stopped in. Maxwells had been saved in my places to go on Google maps so since I was in the area I thought it the perfect opportunity and I was not disappointed. So many chocolate options. I couldn't decide what I wanted! Lol. But the young woman that helped me was so kind and sweet. She was so patient waiting for me to decide. Then, after getting my chocolates, I wanted to get ice cream as well. I ordered 2 scoops, one strawberry and one black raspberry. The scoops were very generous and the young woman offered me a cup just in case. Lol.
I would absolutely go there again.

Maxwells has delicious candy and so many varieties. Their Milkshakes are the best with fun flavor combinations. The owner and staff are so nice and accommodating. Always a wonderful experience!!

I got a sample pack of chocolates from a wonderful man at John's Mobile home supply while I was buying a furnace and they were AMAZING !! Best hand made chocolates I've had in a long, long time !!
I can't wait to get out that way again and get a BIG BOX !! Thanks to John for supplying such a wonderful gift !!!!

An adorable little candy and ice cream store. The service is good even when busy. The chocolates are delicious, but my fam's fave is their milkshakes. Would definitely recommend trying them if you are in the neighborhood. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Great thick Malted!!!

Awesome small business. The almond bark is one of my favorites. The selection of different candies is pretty wide. The store is clean, and customer service is quick and friendly. Overall, great experiences in store.

Maxwells not only has delicious truffles, chocolate, candy and ice cream, but you can pre-order cakes for special occasions! I pre-ordered a 60th Wedding Anniversary cake for 25 people. Jenn exceeded my expectations by making a vanilla 4 layer cake with butter cream frosting, fresh flowers on top and on the side, wrote our message top with lavender colored frosting and even included a delicate gold 60th cake topper!The cake was enjoyed by all and I received many compliments about how tasty it was and questions about where I ordered it. We will be ordering all our special occasion cakes from Jenn at Maxwells in the future. ?

Great atmosphere and sweet shop-type items. The ice cream tastes homemade.
