The Tavern has not always lived up to its potential BUT there appears to be a new chef there AND some older staff members who were less than stellar have been replaced with true professionals. So glad we have a really good tavern to go to now! It is definitely a place to take out of town famility and friends. Thank you management at Colgate Inn, the community truly appreciates this!

Great meal and ambience for our family dinner while visiting Colgate University. We loved the short ribs and mushroom tortellini. Great cocktails especially the Bees Knees and the Panna Cotta was amazing.
