Used to go every morning for my coffee smokes and gas never had an issue using my FL license or the paper temporary license when I transferred my license to NY until I lost my license at a Bills game which required I get yet another temporary replacement I went in like I always did six got my coffee went to the register asked for the same cigarettes I always did I showed her my State Issued Identification(paper copy given by DMV) she said I can’t take this it could be fake and I replied seriously I’m literally in here every single day and never had any issues with anything let alone my identification she rolled her eyes and said well I don’t know it’s not fake I left everything on the counter and walked out I have not been back since

I lost my license and went online, paid for a replacement and had the paper proving it and an expired license with my picture and same address. They can scan the barcode on the paper but refuse to. I live right around the corner and go there almost Dailey and they would not scan my temp license and sell me cigarettes. They have lost my business forever. I spent$50.00 on gas, $20 on grocery purchases and they refused to scan my temp license! Never going there again, especially with new had station almost built in town. Bye bye crosbys!

It's not a restaurant but does offer pizza and wings and subs etc. Selling gas and groceries and lottery.

So, today me and my boyfriend went and got subs from crosbys here in hamlin. He ordered a steak sub with bacon.. when we got home, no bacon. We went back like an hour later assuming since it's a hot sub, they would just make a new one...um no. The woman made bacon and gave it to him in a box so he put it on himself. Ok I get the covid..but I think another sub should have been made...he ended up going back when that persin left. Whoever was working at that time just made a new sub...no questions asked..not saying we won't go back there...but still???

When there is a sign posted on the door saying New York State law says masks are required and you need to be wearing one or you might be asked to leave, you'd expect the employees to be wearing masks right? Well, one was not wearing on at all, the other had one on but it didn't cover his nose or mouth. I understand they are behind plexiglass but that isn't preventing us or them from the "Covid germs." Also, the person who helped cash me out was not familiar at all with the products sold there. I don't know if he was new but it was really bad when I told him what I needed and was brought the wrong product and had to tell him how to tell the difference between different kinds of cigarettes!
They're always very helpful and in the food service area is always spotless.

Invest some into your business! Nothing works, gas pumps wont accept bank cards and employees dont turn on pumps or wrong grade or call you back into store saying card was refused only to look again and realize they were wrong. Air machine pressure gage doesnt work. Spend 1.50 and guess if your tires full. Some absolute freaks behind the counter. One was so busy watching her friend play guitar while customers waited that I and one other just left. Glad theres a new store at ridge and 260 that has equiptment that works properly

Love the store but have not ordered many subs anymore cause the last 4 or 5 only 1 was made correctly and I wait to get home so at that point id rather stop somewhere ik it will be what I had asked for. But conventient store and most employees are pleasant. 2 employees are very rude and obviously hate where they work

Absolutely the worst customer service. We walked in to place an order for a few subs...stood waiting for either of the 2 people behind the counter - one just standing not wanting to acknowledge us the other fumbling with her phone - when I finally asked if we could place an order - I was told....well we don't have any kitchen staff. You might think they would post a sign on the counter or hire more staff!!!!!
