I went on a Thursday evening for the buffet they have and my expectations for buffet pizza were not high. My reasons for a one star review have nothing to do with the quality of food. The plates at the buffet were dirty/greasy, the cups at the soda machine were also greasy, and there were ants on the wall in the dining room. While I am sure some people love this place, I dont want to even order take out from here.

I have been seeing them post about buffet nights on Facebook for a while, decided to make the drive out from Medina. The food was great! And so was the service. My family loved it, the pizza was delicious and wings ! We will definitely be back!

This place so slept on and honestly I love that because that means there's always stuff available hahaha. BUTTTTT!!!!! I need to say my husband and I have been taking a stroll through their menu since living in Hamlin and I've got to say the Cowboy burger is by far the best thing I've had hands down!?! And I even stopped half way through the burger (for digestion lmao) for the fact I needed to make a review right now! This burger is huge!! And so filling and delicious! WOW! 😍 Go try it if you haven't!

TERRIBLE FOOD!! . Ate here multiple times (had to give it a second try and get something different just in case) And the food was horrible each time. The staff are rude and their menu is Not clear. I will never be eating here ever again, and I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family not to eat here and you should do the same. 0/10 service 0/10 food Food.

Why is it that every time I order a small steak sub it comes in different sizes, on different breads, and the last two times , hardly any meat. It’s ridiculous! Set standard sizes, breads, and amounts of meat… I never know what I’m getting anymore, that’s not ok.

Been going there forever & thought I should tell why... What I like about the Hamlin Pizza Shack: good quality food, very nice people that provide great service, & the casual atmosphere. My personal favorite order: Hamburger plate, with Mac salad, beans, and EVERYTHING but mustard. Yum ;) The pizzas are really good...the crust is perfect, and did I mention? The burgers are delicious.

Place a order was told 25min then I said I like it delivered 1 hour later it finely shows up. Called and asked they said he had other delivery's. I get that but if they would have told me it would be an hour I would have picked it up. A little communication goes a long way
