Disappointing experience. We stopped in later in the day. They were not helpful. They left a couple that came in right before us do a self guided flight. We were told we could do a glass and had to sit outside. It was rainy. Had very little customer service wouldn’t help while picking out our wines. Will not go back. Felt very corporate.

My husband and I was touring around the finger lake wineries and stopped into Heron Hill Winery. We enjoyed the Gorgeous views of the lake from inside and out while sampling the flight of various wines they offer. The wine is very good, we bought several and the two women who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable about their wines.

Server was busy on her cellphone and with anothee customer - i think we were a bother. Wines are good - have had them before. Petroleum nose on the Rieslings - but passes quickly. I am a patient person but the tasting is taking forever, waiting for the server to come back.
