Me and my husband did the macaron AND charcuterie pairing flights. We were BLOWN AWAY. Not only was the wine some of the best we’ve had in the finger-lakes (and we take a trip every month) but the pairings were so tasteful and really paired so well together. We were extremely surprised by the macaroon pairings! They were so light and creamy. We thought they would be too sweet but the specific ones they have (directly from France) are absolutely amazing. I’m also not a Chardonnay...
So this was one of my wife and I's favorite spots along Keuka Lake. If you enjoy dry reds and Bordeaux Blends this is where you need to go. Its a little small if you have big groups but the staff are very nice and welcoming. The wine is the best in the area, nice and dry with complex flavors and long finishes. They also had a nice discount structure. We left with their Cab Franc varieties, their Reserve, and Pinto offerings. The Cab Sav almost made the cut but we only wanted...
This was definitely near the top of our enjoyable list for the trip. The wines were great and the hostess was amazing; very friendly and knowledgeable. We did two flights here but would gladly go back for a glass. We picked up 7 bottles on our way out (background is ai generated in picture below). They were closed to closing time so we did the testing at the bar. They had a beautiful outdoor area too though.
