I went to this restaurant specifically because it was on the water, had a great view and I had a lobster roll that was really good. Unfortunately not a good experience this time. I ordered the crab cakes. EWWW... there was much more breading than necessary, not a lot of crab meat and well they were bland and just not tasty. I've had really good crab cakes before but these... well Long John Silver's hush puppies are better! I didn't want to send them back and order something else but the waitress offered, so I did. BIG mistake! The chef/owner came out to ask what was wrong with the crab cakes. As I was explaining why I didn't care for them he said he sells thousands of them and didn't understand why I didn't like them and that crab is expensive and he'll have to throw them out and it's a waste...I was shocked that he reacted this way. It was like living the Seinfeld episode of the soup guy. I told him that I would pay for the crab cakes and leave. I had ordered a replacement dish and shrimp cocktail because it's hard to me up boiled shrimp. I tipped the waitress generously for her trouble. I wanted to leave money for the crab cakes plus a little extra and tell the chef to get cooking lessons, but I didn't. All this to say don't waste your money or time on the food. Just go for the drinks if you want the water view. And don't send back any dishes unless you want the chef to come out and yell at you. SHAME on him!!!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with warm, attentive service that never felt rushed. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and packed with fresh, vibrant flavors — the seared scallops and house-made pasta were particular standouts. Watching the sunset over the water while enjoying a glass of local wine was the perfect way to end the evening. This place effortlessly combines great food, impeccable service, and stunning scenery. Highly recommended!

Very nice restaurant on the west shore of lake Keuka in a charming old house. Servers were very friendly and the food very good. I had the shrimp tacos and my wife had the gorgonzola chicken, which shel keft raving about. Highly recommend!

Visited lakeside on a family vacation for dinner, we waited about 45 minutes for a table for 6 which sucked but the restaurant is terribly understaffed. While we waited we sat at the bar, drinks were heavy on the liquor and the bar tender was airing her grievances about the restaurant being out of everything including the basics like glasses. The restaurant atmosphere could use some help, downstairs bar was closed and the whole place was pretty outdated and dirty

Had dinner with a few friends and was disappointed in food quality and service. Had 3 appetizers which were marginal in taste. The spareribs were disappointing also. We were not finished with our dinner and the girl was clearing things off the table, even tried to remove an unfinished steak dinner one of our friends was still eating. I will not be in a hurry to return here.

It's a beautiful setting with a nice and big outside deck where we feel the breeze coming from the lake. The food was delicious! We had Corey serving us with his delightful personality.
