We called this place "The Hammer House" back in college (mid 80's). A recent visit reveals the (now called) Ole Hampton House to be updated and a fun place to gather with friends and have a few drinks.

Fun place, karaoke on Friday & Saturday, interesting crowd, good drinks, & apparently food. They also have pool & darts!
I'm not sure if the bartender was more rude or unsure on how to do his job properly. Either way, I was totally disgusted with the way he spoke his customers and I for sure will not return on a Saturday when he is behind the bar.
