Exceptional service and food! We love Village Slice because it's the closest to Brooklyn Pizza you can find in the area. Quality ingredients, handmade AND superior service!

We ordered 2 half subs, chicken tenders and fries and Mozz sticks and it took over an hour and a half to get the food. Food is sub par, not worth the $40 fries are soggy, chicken parm sub has lettuce on it?! Not ordered that way.. and my steak sub would have been better from the 104 store, at least they read the directions of no peppers and actually leave out the peppers. Skip this place. Plus, no marinara for the Mozz sticks and I’m not about to waste more of my time or money going back there. One staff member is clearly on a personal call while the others struggle to do anything. Felt bad for the guy waiting who spent over $100 on wings and a sheet pizza in front of me and had been waiting over 2 hours.
Parking: Limited parking and people don’t have any clear direction on where to park so it gets clustered fast
Totally a top 5 pizza for around here. Very thin crispy crust. Chicken bacon ranch pizza was bomb ????

Worst pizza ever! They should b ashamed and embarrassed to serve that trash to ppl! I ordered 1 slice, told them i want my $ back. Pizza looked 2 wks old.. she was rude!! Dont waste ur time or $$! Crusty disgusting looking slices, cant believe they were comfortable serving that to a customer especially a 1st time customer!
Found this place passing through with 4 hungry kids! The pizza was delish! We especially loved the crunchy yummy crust and friendly staff! Will return!
Kid-friendliness: Happy kids approved the pizza!
So had an awful experience with this place, but it is a funny story so I will give them 5 stars because I have told so many people about it. We went and placed an order over the phone when we first bought our house here. About an hour later I called to see what was taking so long, because everything here is 5 minutes away, (I didn’t even realize how much time had gone by because I was unpacking boxes). But everyone was hungry and waiting lol. Anyways I call and they say the pizza oven was broken, I was like oh when did this happen? They replied about two hours ago. Confused I asked why they let me place an $80 order when they knew it was not working. They said they didn’t know…. So I then asked for a refund and they said that they could not issue a refund to a credit card, that they would give me a gift card. I didn’t want a gift card because at this point with all the back and forth I wouldn’t be eating there in the future. The manager at the time was getting weird on the phone started talking about people getting robbed and this and that, (I didn’t realize there was such a criminal presence in the small town of Hannibal) so I told her I would be down shortly to talk in person. As I walk in the lady is twitchy, and babbling. I understand that they had an issue with the oven not working and that they might have been flustered at the time. So I calmly asked for my refund to be placed back on the credit card, she said no. That the owner does not allow it and would only issue a gift card. I asked for cash and she said absolutely not. I asked her for the owners information because this was theft, that them keeping my money for food they could not provide as well as the tip was theft. She then put her hands in the air, and I kid you not screamed “The police are dying! When they have to deliver pizza they get shot.” Imagine my surprise to know that not only does Hannibal have a police force, but also that they are employed by the village slice to be delivery drivers. Like wow. How progressive… at this point the people in the restaurant looked confused I felt out of place and weird, and realized I was dealing with someone that was clearly either so high that they lost all coherent thought, or someone who was mentally or emotionally not well. The pure comedic value of all of this was well worth the 5 star rating. As far as the food, cooking at home has always proved to be the better option. Enjoy ?

Pizza was great and prices weren’t bad either.
We are new to the area and stopped in at The Village Slice in Hannibal NY. What a surprise..... THE BEST meat lovers pizza I have ever had. Friendly staff and good service. We will make it a regular stop for sure!!
I’ll start by saying it was my first time ordering from the new owners. It was 8pm on a Saturday night and I was in need of food so I ordered a pie and wings. The wings, crispy, not to saucy and flavorful, overall pretty good. Now for the pie. Ordered the supreme. When I opened the box I knew it was going to be horrible. It looked like it sat out all day and was reheated. It was also room temperature (yes it was delivered however I’ve had food delivered from longer distances that were hot) All I saw was sausage. Lots of it. The pizza was paper thin. When I picked it up it broke, not crispy it was soggy. The red sauce was tangy, had a very strange taste. There were a few green peppers on top, a few slices of pepperoni and sausage, a lot of it. Not the typical supreme pie. The crust was stale. Not sure if they make their own dough but it was the worst I ever had. I do make my own pies and really good at it. So when I order out I expect a really good pie. The owners will do well as it is a small town and the only pie place. However I will not be ordering from there again. I’m sure others feel the same considering what you get for the price. They should take some classes on how to make a pie and ensure their staff is trained well.
Probably one of the best slices I’ve had. So good had to get a second slice before I left. Owners Jared and Maria were very friendly, great quality food, good spot. If you haven’t been there before I recommend giving it a try!
The pizza was amazing, service was great, good prices, and Jared and Maria were super friendly. Very cool people in a cool place. Definitely worth checking out.
