Great spot, portions are very modest and it can get deceptively pricey if you do not pay attention to what you are ordering.

If I’d known they charged $11 for one waffle I wouldn’t have ordered it. I know inflation is crazy but Waffles don’t cost hardly anything.

Food was ok severely under cooked eggs and over cooked eggs were the only issues. Service was lacking went with a larger party for this place 6 of us total. We received drinks when we first arrived and never a offer for a refill on the coffees or waters. We had to share waters after 20 min.

I'm from the NYC & I'm used to eating at good restaurants that have breakfast and brunch. One of them is Original pancake house, they are really good. A year ago my wife and I moved up north to Monroe and we're worried about having a good restaurant to go to after church as we have had bad experiences with the quality of restaurants in Monroe. However, I stumbled upon this gem one day as I was suffering. Decided to go here after church. My wife was very skeptical to try this place out as it isn't very restauranty from the outside, but she gave it a shot and the bet turned out to be a diamond in the sky!Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐The place isn't very big, however I don't really care about the looks.Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I haven't asked their names yet, but I guess this is a family owned business and they have great discipline, customer service, and are very cordial.Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The food is exceptional and hits the spot with every bite! The cappuccino looks like semi-machine made, but the taste is outstanding especially the way they present it in a transparent cup going with the trend. The classic eggs Benedict is the way to go.Price: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The prices at the restaurant is unbelievable (touchwood). Most items are less than 15$ and it's satisfying to see a good menu with low prices. At the end of the day, I would give this place a solid 4.8⭐/5.

Vegetarian options: Pancakes with home fries, traditional fries,

Parking: Plenty of parking spots in front of the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Small kids section.

I want more places like this spread all over the US!!! It was a wonderful breakfast, everything was very good and they served us very kindly. Plus I'm celiac and they had gluten free toast!!! I love this place

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free options for celiacs.

Slightly above average in every category, which means you won't have any complaints. Not expensive, food is good, service is good.

If you're thinking about going to the IHOP around the corner, you should just come here instead. Better food, better prices, nicer staff.Great home

Been a patron of this place for over a decade and will not be coming back. Our waitress didn’t even ask us once if we needed anything or refilling of coffee in over 25 minutes, and then proceeded to bring my soup out with my meal when I had asked another waitress about it 15 minutes prior (she also helped us with the coffee refills). Then I was asked by the woman at the counter while checking out if I was a waiter prior because I told her the soup should come before the meal? The waitress should be the one to ask me this, and then said it was because they were busy? Excuse me? For one I have been a waiter, and two my father has owned luncheonettes for over 40 years so I do know what a good waitress is. We were very polite the whole time until we were met with an attitude to give us what was right. The girl at the counter had an attitude and said that the soup was like an appetizer, so I said yes when is an appetizer served? With the meal or before it? Then she said “oh it’s like an appetizer” okay LOL. 40 min for a chicken wrap and a soup, unbelievable. Shame because the chef is good.
