I'm all about listening to loud music to have fun, but in my opinion Starbucks should be a place where business and working people should be able to accomplish work tasks. This sometimes obviously means making phone calls. The music is so loud, that the people on the phone can barely hear me and I have to more or less yell into the phone. I am on the road for inspections and don't have much of a choice about where I do business. I would very much appreciate if the Starbucks franchise would strictly regulate the volume of their music so that everyone can have a good time and use the place for work also.

In case the manager cares it is Monday February 2nd, 10:30 a.m.

2/1/26 UPDATE: This location got me severely sick after ordering the mocha Frappuccino. I was up all night with a severe upset stomach. I’ve gotten the mocha frap from the Goshen NY location and never ever had a problem, this was the first time from this location I had a problem. I am utterly disappointed. Do better. If you don’t want an upset stomach… definitely avoid!!!

May 2025 Review: 5 stars all around, friendly staff, clean inside and outside & I’m not a coffee type guy but this coffee was extremely good. Highly recommended this location!

I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks thanks to Kenyeta . Even during a rush, she stopped what she was doing to make sure I had my drinks and was taken care of. She truly went above and beyond, and her positive energy really made my day. It’s service like this that keeps customers coming back. Thank you so much!

The employees made it feel like they didn’t want anyone sitting there. Everyone at this location looked miserable and had a bad attitude. No one smiled, and the overall vibe was uncomfortable.

A drink was placed on the counter with no name and no announcement. I asked who it was for, and the staff completely ignored me. I stood there confused for about 10 minutes before realizing the drink was mine. No one ever acknowledged me or answered my question.

This was easily the worst experience I’ve had at a coffee shop.

I never leave reviews about chains but this one really deserves it. I love this new location! It is a must stop before a day of shopping and it always has a comfortable vibe to sit and enjoy your drink for a while. It is always clean and well maintained and the staff is phenomenal.
I ordered my London Fog tea incorrectly and was embarrassed to say anything but the manager Franki fixed it for me and made me feel so welcome and comfortable.
This store always goes above and beyond the typical Starbucks experience! Management and staff here will definitely keep you coming back!

Love this location!!!
I am continually impressed with the staff and management. I’ve never gotten through a Starbucks drive-through as quickly… And the team is always happy to serve!! I’ve been to this location multiple times and I haven’t thought about reviewing it until my experience yesterday… They have all always been great… But early yesterday morning was especially outstanding. I changed my mind on my order and the manager was more than happy to change the order and make sure I loved it. Grateful for the happy smiling faces and a perfectly made coffee!

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years, but I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The store manager, Frankie, was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked about an issue with my drink. This wasn’t the first time I’ve encountered unprofessional behavior here. I hope Starbucks addresses this, because customer service should never be handled this way.

It’s disappointing that I no longer feel comfortable or respected as a paying customer at my own neighborhood location.
