I'm all about listening to loud music to have fun, but in my opinion Starbucks should be a place where business and working people should be able to accomplish work tasks. This sometimes obviously means making phone calls. The music is so loud, that the people on the phone can barely hear me and I have to more or less yell into the phone. I am on the road for inspections and don't have much of a choice about where I do business. I would very much appreciate if the Starbucks...

I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks thanks to Kenyeta . Even during a rush, she stopped what she was doing to make sure I had my drinks and was taken care of. She truly went above and beyond, and her positive energy really made my day. It’s service like this that keeps customers coming back. Thank you so much!

I never leave reviews about chains but this one really deserves it. I love this new location! It is a must stop before a day of shopping and it always has a comfortable vibe to sit and enjoy your drink for a while. It is always clean and well maintained and the staff is phenomenal.
I ordered my London Fog tea incorrectly and was embarrassed to say anything but the manager Franki fixed it for me and made me feel so welcome and comfortable.
