Not coming back. There were 11 people waiting in line with 1 person working the counter on a Saturday morning (the busiest time) so naturally, it took forever to get food. Paid $16.95 for two bagels (one of which was legitimately a bagel with cream cheese - no lox, not toasted. What does that cost them? 95 cents?). With Bagel Emporium coming in down the road in Scarsdale, you're going to have to do better than this! Lower your prices and staff up/lower your wait time or you won't survive with Bagel Emporium down the road!

Got a bagel, egg, cheese. Food is good, staff kind, but not sanitary. I watched the man scratch him face (1 glove one) and handle my food with both hands (including the one he had in his face). I’m usually not confrontational so I didn’t want to say anything but that was disgusting.

We walked in and were immediately met with smiles and a greeting. The man that helped us was super nice in showing us their noodle soups. He ended up giving it to us on the house. If you go in you should definitely try their ramen noodle soup. Really nice experience on a cold day. Would come again!

Overpriced. Charged $7+ for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel.
The bagels are just average; the customer service seems to worsen. In the past, when I asked for my bagels to be cut, they would inform me of a small extra charge, which was ok. However, this time, the staff was rude and completely ignored me when I made the same request. I received no response when I politely asked them to cut my bagels. After asking again, I noticed the staff was deliberately ignoring me. It was clear they didn't care about providing good service. If you're looking for a peaceful morning with a bagel, I recommend looking elsewhere. The staff's attitudes here are so unpleasant that they can easily ruin your mood and your morning. The experience is simply not worth the trouble.
