Disappointed at our visit to Carvel for ice cream. We had a gift card which we have previously used and it has a hefty balance available. They would not accept the gift card at this location because they said they have a new system, pretty bad excuse. They also serve a lot less in quantity than other Carvels. We have been to the other one on Central Avenue in Yonkers and in Tuckahoe, and they are much better. Three scoops and my ice cream is finished. My sweet tooth is not satisfied.

Delicious cakes, ice cream sandwiches and cones. My kids all love carvel cakes for their birthdays, plus Father’s Day and for any celebration. The owners at this location are very helpful and the staff is very friendly.
