So, I went there couple days ago for lunch, I ordered a grilled chicken on a wrap with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and pickles. It was the worst wrap I had eaten. The chicken was dry, hard, it wasn't fresh. The wrap was also hard, couldn't eat it. I thought about letting it go, but next day I checked my credit card and I see a charge of $17 for that wrap with a cup of coffee. When he was charging me, I saw he run the wrap for $12 and a small cup of coffee for $2.50 total 14.50. So $2.50 on taxes? If it was good food and fresh I would mind paying, but as it was, forget about it. Never going back!!

Price for an egg sandwich and a cup of coffee shot up from $6 to $10!!! That price point is too much. Been coming here for breakfast for the past 10 years. Will not be back until they get their act together.

Horrible experience for breakfast. How hard is it to actually give somebody something that they ordered. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese with salt pepper ketchup and hot peppers and when the guy brought it to the counter I asked if you put hot peppers. He said no no sorry and I said salt pepper ketchup and hot peppers. So I take it he fixed it everybody makes a mistake I get back to my truck and go to eat and find that he squirted ketchup in the Middle where the sandwich was cut and still no hot peppers. Twice could not get it right. Never come back here again

Last sunday I went in to buy 10 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, and there was a line of 5 People. When it was finally my turn to order, the cook told me he couldnt do my order because it was to much. The owner should have more People on staff, hes lossing money and it's unacceptable???

Bagel Del has the best staff that greets guests everyday and the most amazing deli person who fills special orders that a guest requires. The tuna, plain grilled chicken, chicken salad and more are prepared to perfection. I appreciate the staff so much for understanding my dietary needs. They don’t like to return credit cards!! I went to the Deli this morning , the woman pretended to search- pulled out a stack of credit cards - and then stated my card wasn’t behind the register . I then called this afternoon , the gentleman acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about, then magically my card appeared. Provide self-service pin pad !!!! I shouldn’t have to go through all this just to get MY card back!!!!

Bageldel has been in business at the corner of West Hartsdale Avenue and Central Avenue. This corner has been fondly referred to as the Four Corners and while Bageldel Is the latest incarnation, there has been a deli at this corner for the three decades that we have lived in the neighborhood. This evening, I went in search of a few groceries since there isn’t any supermarkets within walking distance of where we live. The store was clean and there was a nice selection of grocery items as well as bagels. They also sell lottery tickets.

Worst place to ever go to I called to pickup and I went into the front of the line to ask a question the guy was super rude and was like no move out the way u still need to wait in the line even tho I called for pickup 30 mins ago and I been going their since I was little most of the workers their are rude.
