Really solid, fast, friendly diner with food that’s a cut above. For example - when you ask for potato chips you get homemade, fresh fried, paper thin, hand cut crisps that are to die for. If Michelin ever decides to do diners, this little detail would get them their star.

I took my mom here recently. She’s elderly and normally doesn’t like to eat out, but she loved it here. Gladys, our server, made her feel comfortable and at home, and afterwards, Mom said that’s why she liked it so much there. When they brought out the food, Mom was surprised at how much there was. Gladys noticed that Mom seemed overwhelmed, and she told her just to eat what she could and she could bring the rest home. Then she went and brought us takeout containers.
