While I like the bagels, they charge extra for additional things. I just paid $16.75 for two flats bagels, with bacon, egg and cheese. They charged me extra for the flat bagel and extra for the egg whites and extra for the butter (.50). I want to support local businesses but $8 for a breakfast sandwich seems a little much. The male cook is very nice and makes a good sandwich, I hope the staff is paid accordingly.

This place used to be great, I don't know what happened. Today I ordered 24 bagels, 2 lbs of regular cream cheese, and paid $62The bagels are stale, I'm fairly certain they are from yesterday. definetely not fresh.

I ordered a toasted roll with butter bacon and edd with a hashbrown, I payed 9 dollars.... Pricing is unbelievable and the people are rude about it. In most bagel places it is about 6-7. The fat lady who worked the register laughed in my face and threatened to take my food away. Also a vitamin water is 4 DOLLARS. Prices are off the charts. I hope to see them go under new management and hopefully they change prices.

OVERPRICED! I paid about $17 for one bagel. That’s right. One bagel. I also got a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll, which ended up being $7. Not worth it. The food is normal, nothing amazing. Definitely not worth the prices. In NYC, you get way better quality and cheaper prices. Avoid, unless you like wasting money!

What a gem! The staff is pleasant and helpful. They have a great menu of bagels, spreads, breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos! They also have specials that entice you to get more and more!!! A gem in a strip mall not to be missed!
This place has good food and the bagels are very good, however, they have gone way out of control with their prices lately.

The place is overpriced for the products they sell. The bagels were tough and the walnut creamcheese had way too much cinnamon. The muffins were stale.Paid about $40.00 for 3 bagels (2 with cream cheese) and four muffins which I can say nothing positive about.I would give zero stars if the system allowed me to.

Worst food poisoning. I ordered a bagel with tuna and got very sick. Unfortunately no doubt it was the tuna that got me sick, since it only took a few hours for me to feel absolutely horrible. Spent the entire night in the bathroom. It's been three days and I'm still not feeling like myself again. Will never step foot into this shop again.

Since my favorite bagel shop on Pleasantville Road in the middle of Briarcliff Manor, stopped making their own bagels, this place has become my GO-TO. The bagels are fresh and often still warm and they put plenty of Everything on their Everything Bagels. Disregard the negative reviews, if all you want is an excellent bagel, go here! I see people disparaging this place because of where an employee was standing, and gave them 2 stars for that, so beware of Karens when reading reviews.
