This place is super hit or miss. I rarely get my sandwich exactly as I ordered it, but jersey mikes is jersey mikes and it’s still a decent sandwich even if it’s not done exactly how i requested.

I had a delicious cheese steak. Jersey Mike's is always awesome. But I would appreciate it if this location would clean the tables and floor. Other than that great sandwich an excellent staff.

I've ordered from here In the past ,no problem. This time... problem. I'm a regular.. I ordered over the app on the regular for my points. I do an order, I get there, and I ask for my order let alone I show my name on the jersey Mike's app....... She then replies . The response i get is, we gave your order out already. I resopnd with are your sure? I can go to my car and get my license right now to prove to you i am the person I say I am. The response was... o...ok nvm. We will make your order right now.. my problem is the woman that gave out the wrong order to someone else, had an attitude with me!! She made a mistake and went and played victim like she didn't care. She even cooked my sandwich in a rush and gave it to me in a bag and didn't say anything, almost like take it and leave. Horrible customer service skills.

There was this black dude with glasses he look kinda funny and was super mean to my adopted baby I will never go back here and I do not recommend don’t go here

If you’re ordering online/via the app, the staff behind the counter will absolutely ignore your order, or modifications/notes. The staff is made up of teenagers who give 0 f’s about what they’re doing and making. Our orders are always wrong, and when we politely point it out, they shrug and ignore us.

This was easily the worst sub sandwich i ever had. It was mostly bread. They are so underwhelming for the price. Very poor value.

Paul and his team were extremely nice. I was a bit hangry but I'm grateful they took care of me. I ordered a Philly so it took a few minutes as the meat has to be cooked. By far my best experience at a Jersey Mike's.
I had a fantastic experience at Jersey Mike's Subs today. The person who helped me seemed to be the manager, and their attention to detail really stood out. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure my order was just right. It's clear that they take pride in their work and in creating a great customer experience. The sandwich was delicious, made fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. I'll definitely be coming back soon—thank you for such a great visit!

The staff on 11/2/24 4 PM to closing Were just the sweetest! Kindness goes a long way & You never know what type of day someone is having! They truly found a way to make my day with small talk but overall kindness. Very rare to find nowadays shout out to them and thank you!!
