This place is super hit or miss. I rarely get my sandwich exactly as I ordered it, but jersey mikes is jersey mikes and it’s still a decent sandwich even if it’s not done exactly how i requested.

I've ordered from here In the past ,no problem. This time... problem. I'm a regular.. I ordered over the app on the regular for my points. I do an order, I get there, and I ask for my order let alone I show my name on the jersey Mike's app....... She then replies . The response i get is, we gave your order out already. I resopnd with are your sure? I can go to my car and get my license right now to prove to you i am the person I say I am. The response was... o...ok nvm. We will make your order right now.. my problem is the woman that gave out the wrong order to someone else, had an attitude with me!! She made a mistake and went and played victim like she didn't care. She even cooked my sandwich in a rush and gave it to me in a bag and didn't say anything, almost like take it and leave. Horrible customer service skills.

There was this black dude with glasses he look kinda funny and was super mean to my adopted baby I will never go back here and I do not recommend don’t go here

If you’re ordering online/via the app, the staff behind the counter will absolutely ignore your order, or modifications/notes. The staff is made up of teenagers who give 0 f’s about what they’re doing and making. Our orders are always wrong, and when we politely point it out, they shrug and ignore us.
