I used to go to this place and order all the time food is usually great but service not so much. I get there around 7:30 pm and was told they are about to close when Google has hours open till 8:30 pm. When I ordered a couple of things the person taking the order says they can’t do both because they will close soon and he says “the owner doesn’t care she is right there!” Needless to say I cancelled the order and walked out never to go back.

We’ve been eating at Masala Kraft for years. Their food and service is so delightful. If you never had a dosa before, you are clearly missing out in life. Seriously? What are you waiting for? No. Seriously. You need to stop what you are doing and eat here now.If you see this manager, tell her Tom sent you and she will make your dosa the best spiciest dosa ever. If you ever want to try a vegan Indian food spot, GO TO MASALA KRAFT! I’ve been here a couple times and I had no complaints. The food was delicious and really flavorful. The staff is great! Customer service 10/10. Also it’s cash preferred! This time around I came back here with my boyfriend and it was all new to him trying vegan food. The manager Sonia her service was amazing. She was so sweet and patient when it came to us deciding what we wanted to eat and also explaining each meal in a way we understood.
We recently enjoyed a delicious dinner at this establishment. While the food was excellent, we encountered some issues with the service. When we mentioned that we would be paying by card, the lady serving us was impolite, and later, she asked if we had cash for a tip, which felt rude. Despite leaving a tip(card), my tea order was forgotten. Overall, the lack of manners and attention to detail has made me reconsider returning to this restaurant. I am not going to bring cash with myself to get the better experience. Thank you but no thank you. (BTW we were regular customers ). This was not the first time she was rude. This time it was the worst. I can't believe she thinks I will come just because the food is good.
Based on a pervious review by Adna, everything was great apart from the abysmal service. The server, who I assume is the owner, reminded us quite aggressively more than once that they prefer cash, even when i handed my card to pay i was asked if i had cash and why i wasnt paying with cash. Subsequently i was asked if i had cash for the tip. All of this really lets the rest of the restaurant down. What is the difference in cash and card especially when you make me pay the care fee, maybe you are trying to pay less taxes? Doesnt matter, you (the owner) ruined the experience of your restaurant for us forever sadly, and by the looks of it several other customers. Such a shame!
