Sold me a cake with mold on it I contacted them to recieve a refund stated I have to bring the product back. I let them know I do not live in the area and it was not feasible for me to return to the location.

The pastry was delicious and the cashier provided excellent customer service. The place was very busy and I wound up requesting a refund for my coffee. I waited over 10 minutes for a small latte. The staff preparing the drinks did not seem to have an organized system and they were getting orders mixed up along with opening the tops of coffees repeatedly to identify what they were. I honestly think it just requires a better system. The cashier was very understanding and did not give me any issue with the refund request.
