The pastry was delicious and the cashier provided excellent customer service. The place was very busy and I wound up requesting a refund for my coffee. I waited over 10 minutes for a small latte. The staff preparing the drinks did not seem to have an organized system and they were getting orders mixed up along with opening the tops of coffees repeatedly to identify what they were. I honestly think it just requires a better system. The cashier was very understanding and did not give me any issue with the refund request.

One of the best places if you don’t want to eat excessive creamy and fatty donut, tarts etc. It’s definitely not what you are used to in the US. Tastes more European. Highly recommended

They do not always have seasonal donuts. The 2 times i did order a week ahead of time, my order was not ready at pick-up time, and it took additional time to get it ready. The pastries are delicious. But you just can't always get what you want.

They literally steal money from customers. First, I was charged for twice for an order, once on the day I made the order the automatically then the next day, for the same order. Then on Sunday, I was charged for something I didn't order. The cashier apologized but the manager took the receipt said she will work on it later she was too busy to fix it now. Waited and waited, I needed to be somewhere and could not wait any longer. No credit came through. I will called the AD office and need to get a new credit card because I needed to report this as fraud.

My fave are the palmiers and raspberry almond croissants. So good.
Staff are so pleasant and efficient. Especially Day! Bought a mocha cake during my first visit there and she knew exactly what I needed. Cake server, candles, etc. I wouldn’t have remembered to bring them to the party.

Everything I’ve had here is so good and fresh. Their Americano is perfect. I purchased a cake for my son’s birthday and it was gorgeous as well as delicious. Only downside on the cake is there was no room to write anything on it so the message was written on the box next to the cake. Not a big deal. Will continue to purchase from them!
