I went to ask if they put mobile orders out in the front because I noticed a lot of drinks by the drive through register and a lady working there started at me blankly and very rudely said “that’s how it works at every starbucks”

I was looking for a decently rated Starbucks in the area (which is surprisingly hard to come by) and found this location. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best. There were 4 cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes to finally get to the window. I’m pretty sure the car in front of me just gave up on their order and left. Then my peppermint mocha didn’t even have whip cream or the chocolate curls on it.

I ordered a Christmas drink and it was so cute! Starbucks in New York doesn't usually have many customers, or rather, many people order and leave, so the seats are always empty. But that's why it's not designed to be as comfortable as Japan. Since DAISO is right nearby, this is a store that my family often goes to while going to DAISO.

I've just updated my Starbucks review since last I was there I found the seating stiff but recently my wife and I shared two Macha lattes with oak milk medium sitting in the soft leather chairs. Not heaven, but nice enough.

Finally, a drive through Starbucks! Can be difficult to make the turn into the parking lot from the Southbound lanes, however.
Horrible starbucks. I work down the road and grab coffee for myself and coworks from time to time and it's always an extremely long wait. The staff is nice but it seems like they never have enough employees on to handle the business they do at this location.

Was my favorite starbucks, but the new crew Sucks !!!!! Please train them to read the labels on the orders !!!!!! I always have to get my order redone and that's ridiculous. I refuse to return until then.
